JANUARY 2026 UPDATE
-The reason our guests return year after year is our constant commitment to improving our condo so their exoerience is BEST IN CLASS. This month (January 2026) we did a complete paint refresh in the Living,Dining,Kitchen, and hall as well as adding a new accent wall in the entry hall. We gutted the laundry room, added a new high efficiency waterheater, new "Side by side" large capacity Samsung washer and dryer, new cabinets, paneling, and paint. We upgraded the TV in the Living Room with a new Samsung SMART TV, and Samsung surround sound sound bar.
-The best and largest pool deck on the beach has been completely rebuilt and fitted with Adirondack chairs, gas grills, tables, umbrellas, lounges, and shower towers. The newly enlarged pool deck results in more sun for our sunbathers as well as more shade for those who aren't. The spa is double the size of the original spa easily acomodating 8-10 people and the new seawall and glass pool fencing offer stunning beach and ocean views. A new direct access gate from the parking garage improves access to our pool deck and the beach ramp.
-Our building underwent a thorough engineering inspection and report by both an independent Engineering Firm as well as the Volusia County Building Inspector immediately after the hurricanes of 2022 and has been deemed safe and not at risk. Enjoy walks on the traffic free beach, gorgeous sunrises, and fun in the sand.

The front bedroom has a private bath, Queen Bed, a 32" Flat Screen TV, and a walk-in closet. Middle Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed and a wall-mounted 32" Flat Screen TV.
The community room features card tables, billiards, a kitchen, outdoor gas grills, and a fitness center. There is a hot tub spa on the oceanfront pool deck. The unit includes secured underground parking with one reserved parking space, and first come first served deck parking in front of the building. There is direct access to the beach with a ramp from the pool and garage.
Sanibel is located South of the Dunlawton Bridge in a quiet, safe, and secure area away from the crowds and the tourist areas yet is directly in the heart of the best restaurants and waterfront bars.
