Fantastic stay

Our host was very accommodating clear communication and we wanted for nothing. The property was well maintained and spacious we had a family of 15 people and we still had plenty of space. When we come back to St Lucia this is where we will be staying again the children are sad the leave

Fabulous Location

Gregory was a super host. Before we got there he called and we chat for about 10 minutes as to what we should expect when we arrived on the Island. He has a great knowledge of the Island and Places to visit. The from this Vella was breathtaking. . This was an awesome place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Gregory for being such a wonderful host.

Such High Hopes

The home itself is beautiful and has such high potential. It’s spacious and has breathtaking views of the Island. Our family was staying for 2 days ahead of a resort stay and we were sadly disappointed with some things that we simply toughed out. Upon booking Greg contacted me and was quite warm and inviting. Once we arrived, cleanliness was an immediate concern. The sitting area couch was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS. The bedding was dated, worn and dingy.Greg insisted on us not turning on the A/C units on or up until minutes before the rest of our party arrived. It was sweltering in the house. It was so bad that he himself was soaking through his shirt with sweat. Once turned on, we had no choice but to adjust the temps as they could barely work. They were old!The pool area was nice but the deck itself felt unsafe. The boards were bowing, springy and in some cases seemed loose or ready to give. The balcony railing was loose to the touch and not very sturdy at all.Greg’s interaction with one of our drivers was troubling. Frankly he was rude and disrespectful to the driver. He treated the man as “the help” and cursed him. The driver was a gentleman and beyond kind to our family. My wife had to stop Greg from confronting him.While the photos don’t do it justice as far as the spaciousness, the cleanliness, disrepair and extremely outdated air system all need to be replaced. Frankly it seems that there’s a commitment to NOT repair anything.
