Your Las Palmas condo is well known for the many amenities it offers, as well as being conveniently located near Zions National Park, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, Tuacahn amphitheater, and lots of biking, hiking, and SxS trails. This condo includes access to 5 pools: indoor pool (heated year-round), water slide pool, lap/lounge pool, kids pool, waterfall pool, and pool with shallow end. This condo also includes: 4 hot tubs (heated year-round), exercise room, basketball, pickleball, and 3 playgrounds.

3 bed/2 bath. Sleeps 8. Maximum Occupancy 9. Bed Configuration: Master - King, Guest 1 - Queen, Guest 2 - Queen-over-Queen bunk bed. We also provide a queen sized Aerobed (comfortable air mattress). Watch live cable TV or sign into your favorite apps, like Netflix, Prime TV, and Disney+. Ground level. 1200 sq feet. Mountain view. Built 1984 with partial renovations.

Perfect for a family getaway

The home was very clean, comfortable, with a great location. The many amenities provided great daytime entertainment and relief from the heat. We would have liked the pools and spas to be open later to enjoy after a day of hiking. Would definitely return.

Fun Time!

Perfect fun time. The place was clean and comfortable for our needs. Beds were comfortable. The pools were also nice to swim in. I couldn’t figure out why the hot tubs weren’t open later. Would of been nice to soak in, in the late evening, or swim in the pools cause of the hot, hot time we were there.

Quick get away

Enjoyed the stay overall. The kids found a small cockroach in the kitchen which was less than ideal! But overall the place was decent, fulfilled what we needed, and everyone loved the pool options and ease of location.

Looked nice as I reviewed the pictures and descriptions, however there were several items that did not work or broken in the kitchen, and a dead mouse under the kitchen sink that had been there a while. No closet in Master bedroom. Why?? First time ever we did not love our rental.

Fantastic spot

Perfect for my family of six. Kitchen is equipped with the necessary items to cook in the home and there was a nice walking track around the entire property. Kids enjoyed the pools and the area is just beautiful. We felt very safe even after dark.

Comfortable and clean

Although the property was clean and the amenities were fine, the condo itself was extremely dark in all of the rooms. The kitchen was not the best equipped either. The master bedroom did not have a closet. But it was comfortable and reasonably priced.

Great property for a family stay

This condo is not pretentious, but it’s clean and comfortable. The living/dining room area is quite spacious and can seat 10 people for meals, although we only had 6 people. I noticed there is a blowup air mattress in the closet, so you could sleep more than we had. It would be great for a large family. But I would choose this condo just for my husband and me too. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the fun things to do at the club house and all the swimming pools. We also attended a show at Tuacahn which is about a 15 minute drive. You are only about a 10- 15 minute drive to lots of restaurants, shopping, and movie theaters. We had a great stay and will likely be back.

Customer service saved us

This place was not up to par. Upon arrival found there was no heat (30° temps outside), TV was not working, bathroom doorknob was not screwed in, and pulled open a kitchen drawer looking for screw driver and it nearly fell onto the floor. Luckily St. George rentals was very quick to take care of us and reassigned us to another condo that was beautiful. We enjoyed the rest of our weekend without any problems.
