Luxurious apartment on the seafront of the beach of Puerto de Alcudia that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
In the terrace you can enjoy the incomparable views to the sea and mountains while tasting a delicious breakfast before heading to the beach. You will reach it from the shared lawn area of the building and you will enjoy the sun directly in the beach, spreading your towel on the sand or the rental sunbeds. Just imagine what a privilege to take a cool dip in the sea only a few steps away!

The inside of this apartment boasts luxury and modernity, as well as spacious rooms such as the impressive living-dining-kitchen. This space becomes a very functional place because you can chat or watch satellite TV while cooking or enjoying your meals. The kitchen area is independent and it offers a ceramic top on a fantastic island with stools as well as an oven, microwave and much more. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A beautiful corridor leads to the shower bathroom and the 3 bedrooms. All of them feature a closet. One has a double bed and en-suite shower bathroom, and the other two present two twin beds each. A cot and a high chair are available on request. Finally, the whole accommodation is equipped with ducted air-conditioning.

This apartment is located in one of the best areas of Puerto de Alcudia, not only because it is on the seafront but also because this is a lively area with all services around, specially in the summer. You will find all kinds of bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, fashion shops, souvenir shops, taxi and bus stops, pharmacy, etc. An then, when the night falls, there also is a great variety of pubs where you can enjoy the night life. We recommend visit the town centre of Alcudia, a cultural visit, and the traditional street market on Tuesday or Sunday. A vist to the Light House of Formentor will also be memorable.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.Mallorca is beautiful, but this rental was an absolute nightmare — unsafe, unsanitary, and completely mismanaged. I’ve stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and have never experienced anything like this.From the moment we arrived, the condo reeked of sewage. We later learned that the sewer line was backed up during our stay, and I believe there are cracks in the pipes. There was no host to greet us — only an automated check‑in — so we immediately contacted Homerti to report the overwhelming sewage odor. Their “solution” was to turn the AC fan on high, open all the windows, and wait until morning.The smell persisted & I reached out repeatedly asking for a maintenance visit. Homerti refused every single time, telling us again and again to “keep the windows open” and insisting they would not come to the property. The sewage gases made my family physically ill, to the point where my daughter and husband where vomiting, and the odor intensified whenever other units were occupied.Another condo owner confirmed the smell in our unit and ended up calling the city herself. The city cleaned out the backed‑up sewage line, but the stench inside the condo remained unbearable. I contacted the host again — and again, they refused to come. At that point, we had no choice but to leave early and book hotel rooms at our own expense.There is a review from March (in German) reporting the same sewage issue. This is a known problem. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Eine sehr schöne großzügige mit Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Strand und Bucht. Auch bei der Ausstattung bleiben keine Wünsche offen!Dass die Garage sehr klein und schwer zu befahren ist, ergab sich für uns bereits aus den Bewertungen und hat uns in der Vorsaison nicht beeinträchtigt, weil genug Parkplätze in der Nähe zu finden waren.Das einzige, was uns wirklich gestört hat, war der moderige Geruch der Klimaanlage. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es noch ziemlich kalt, so dass wir die Wahl zwischen frieren und Toilettengeruch hatten. Das war schon sehr beeinträchtigend.

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer

Tolle Unterkunft mit minimalen "Mängeln "In den Badezimmerm waren nicht genug Haken für die Handtücher. Für die Betten waren keine Bezüge sondern nur Laken vorhanden. Das Sofa war mit einem Schutzbezüg abgedeckt.Der Parkplatz war für unseren Mietwagen viel zu klein, allerdings waren im märz ausreichend Parkplätze an den umliegenden Straßen vorhanden. Der parkplatz

De la réservation au départ, tout a été parfait. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et très arrangeant. Le logement correspondait largement à nos attentes. Über Homerti haben wir eine Ferienwohnung für eine Woche im Juni 2023 auf Mallorca. Die Wohnung hat den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung zu 100 % entsprochen. Von Beginn bis zum Ende war die Kommunikation super. Fragen wurden unverzüglich per Mail beantwortet. Die hinterlegte Kaution wurde auch direkt wieder überweisen. Bei unseren nächsten Urlauben werden wir wieder auf Homerti zurückgreifen.

this is a pretty nice appartment in a fabulous location.

this is a pretty nice appartment in a fabulous location. to see the sunrise from your living room / kitchen is pretty nice and makes for a great start into the day. the beach is just some meters away and accessible within 1min from your home door. cons: very thin bed matrazess, unstable wifi and we could not use the oven, because the electricity would go out in the entire flat, when we have turned it on.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und direkt am Strand!

Wir haben eine Woche Ende Februar in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist genauso, wie im Internet beschrieben. Alles ist sauber und sehr ordentlich. Wir haben uns darüber gefreut, dass Handtücher, Küchentücher und sogar Ersatz Bettwäsche vorhanden waren, Es ist eine sehr attraktive Wohnung in bester Lage, gerne kommen wir noch einmal.
