Great seafront apartment at only two steps from the sandy beach in one of the quietest residential areas of Alcúdia, overlooking the bay of Pollença and Cap Formentor.



The spectacular sunset views from the large terrace and dining room will surprise you with romantic afternoons. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two storey villa. The ground floor belongs to another owner. The house counts with its' compulsory vacation rental license. This place is ideal for tranquility, long walks along the coast and enjoying the sea without crowds.



The modernly furnished villa counts with 3 luminous double bedrooms (one with two single beds and en-suite shower room and two with a double bed) and another bathroom with shower for general use. The large independent kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and any other utensils you might need to prepare an excellent dinner during your stay. The comfortable living- and dining room with sea- and mountain view is fitted with a sofa and two big armchairs to enjoy a good movie or relax during the warmest hours of the day. From the living- and dining room you access the large, west-facing terrace to enjoy the sunset. On the other side, with exit from the kitchen, there is another terrace, to enjoy breakfast in the Mediterranean sun.



The apartment is equipped with wifi and air conditioning (hot and cold). The fireplace is merely decorative (can not be used). For a baby up to 2 years old we can prepare a cot and a highchair without additional cost (on previous request).



The apartment is located in the north of the island, on the coast of the bay of Pollença. It is perfect for water sports such as canoeing, fishing or diving and discover the reefs of the bay. The nearest supermarkets, restaurants and shops are in Alcúdia (15 minutes on foot), one of the most historic and beautiful cities of the north coast of Mallorca. You can walk along the coast to Es Barcarès, 5 minutes from the apartment, a residential coast area with small beaches and coves, ideal for a walk. It is also very close to the Mal Pas, where the beautiful natural sandy coves of Sant Joan and Sant Pere are perfect for the whole family. It is 20 minutes walk from the coast of Bonaire, where you can explore small virgin coves.

Inmejorable ubicación en Mallorca

Excelente estadía. La vista y ubicación son inmejorables. El lugar es bastante comodo y limpio. Creo que hay que invertir en algunos accesorios, e.g eramos 6 y solo habia 5 vasos. No habia toallas de playa, las cuales tuvimos que comprar. Detalles pequeños. Pero volveríamos felices.

We spent 9 days in this wonderful location in October 2018. The apartment was very spacious for just the two of us and we found it clean, adequately equipped, and with a very friendly, very committed landlord. We would especially mention the balcony with this marvelous view on Badia de Pollença. As we had a rental car, it was no problem for us to do the groceries. The next supermarket is a some 3 km away and we preferred to shop in Alcúdia which is reachable within 10 min bei car. Thank you so much for hosting us, we really loved to stay here.

Entspannter Urlaub

Zwei Wochen sind wie im Flug vergangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt, vor allem die Aussicht von der Terrasse. Kein großer Publikumsverkehr - echte Erholung. Direkt vor dem Haus kann man allerdings nur mit Badeschuhen ins Wasser gehen; etwa 100 m weiter ist eine kleine Bucht, die auch nicht so überlaufen ist. Dort ist ein Sandstrand mit flach abfallendem Wasser. In der Wohnung gab es soweit alles, wir haben jedoch eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Toaster vermisst; auch vom Geschirr her könnte ein wenig mehr Auswahl vorhanden sein, vor allem wenn die Wohnung mit 6 Personen belegt ist, wird es ein bisschen eng. Wir waren zu viert vor Ort, daher ging es. Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer sowie Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen vorhanden; man benötigt also nicht allzu viel Kleidung. Und man sollte auf jeden Fall noch Platz im Koffer frei halten, da es in Alcudia u.a. auch auf dem Wochenmarkt einiges zu kaufen gibt :-). Wir haben uns jedenfalls "bombe" erholt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Empfehlung: Ausflug nach Porto Christo zur Drachenhöhle (Vorschlag: gleich um 10 Uhr, da es später sehr voll wird) und auf jeden Fall die Kathedrale in Palma.

Rolige omgivelser men i gåafstand (Ca 15 min) til Alcudia gamle bydel. Huset ligger i første række med en fantastisk udsigt over Pollenca bugten og lille børnevenlig sandstrand Ca 5 min væk i gåafstand. Lille grusvej adstiller huset og vandet og bliver flittet brugt af lokale, ikke noget der virker forstyrrende

Berge und Meer, ruhig, erholsam, einfach gut.

Wunderschöne Wohnung im ersten Stock. Balkon auf 2 Seiten umlaufend. Man sitzt sozusagen direkt am Meer. Dennoch einigermaßen geschützt, da die Bucht von 2 Halbinseln eingerahmt wird. Auf der Eingangsseite noch eine weitere Sitzgelegenheit. Man kann also der Sonne bzw. dem Schatten folgen. 20m bis zum Meer. Mit Badelatschen direkt vor dem Haus schwimmen. Sandstrand 250m. 2 Sehr schöne weitere nicht überlaufen kleine Strände in 1-2 km Entfernung. Wir hatten nur E-Bike's dabei. Das ging aber sehr gut. Einzig wichtig zu wissen: Auto oder Rad bzw, Roller sind aber nötig. Da etwas abgelegen aber dafür ruhig. Zumindest war es nach den Pfingstferien so. Das war für uns perfekt. 2km bis Alcudia. Kleiner Laden mit Getränken und Brot 500m. Sagenhafter Blick auf die Bucht von Pollenca. Ausstattung im Haus sehr gut. Alles da was man braucht, incl. WLAN. Zuvorkommender Vermieter. Insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer. 2 Bäder. Gute Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern. Eine Woche war fast zu wenig. Wir haben es geliebt. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Beautiful apartment in a peaceful area with amazing views!

We stayed at Villa Nixe at the end of May for one week and couldn't have enjoyed the holiday more. The apartment itself was very clean, modern and tidy, with comfy beds and a good range of kitchen equipment/facilities. The area was very peaceful, so we could enjoy listening to the sounds of the sea and wildlife whilst relaxing on the balcony. There are two small, sandy beaches only a short walk (10 minutes) from the apartment, which we managed easily with two children in tow (age 1 and 5!). Both beaches were fairly quiet at this time of year, so very relaxing, and the sea was very calm, perfect for our little ones. Alcudia old town is only 10 minute drive away and Alcudia port is just a little further. The appartment is quite tucked away, so I recommend doing some Google maps research on the route there from Palma before jetting off - we found driving around the local areas really easy though once we became familiar with it all. I'd also like to say that the owner of the villa has been really helpful and very quick at answering my queries etc, also provided extra equipment that we required for our baby (cot and highchair) and towels during our stay, all delivered to the appartment within a couple of hours of me emailing him. We will be recommending this accommodation to all our friends. Thanks for a fantastic holiday 😊😊!

Le calme et la vue

L’appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme à l’extérieur d’Alcùdia. La voiture est très recommandée. Des balades le long des roches et à travers bois partent directement de la maison, une très jolie petite plage (Sant Joan) est à 1km. Le propriétaire a été très gentil et disponible. Très confortable et extrêmement propre. Nous y avons rechargé les batteries.

Lovely spacious sea view apartment

We enjoyed a peaceful week in April here . Great facilities and stunning views. Helpful owner. We used the apartment as a base to explore Mallorca with a hire car, and there is a pretty sandy beach about 5 mins drive away. We watched lots of snorkeling and fishing going on in the water by the property, but no beach there as such - I imagine accessing the sea here would not be difficult though - its just not sandy. I would really hope to return to Villa Nixe, as we enjoyed our time there very much.

Schöne Wohung in ruhiger Lage direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung in der ersten Etage eines 2-geschossigen Hauses ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die erste Etage war während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht bewohnt. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Ein Vorteil der Wohnung ist, dass es zwei Terrassen gibt: eine Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Bucht von Pollenca und eine Terrasse mit morgendlicher Sonne, die sich wunderbar zum Frühstücken eignet. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Siedlung. Ein Mietwagen ist Pflicht. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Alcudia mit seiner schönen Altstadt und den vielen Restaurants. Eine wirklich sehr schöne Badebucht kann man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter vorab per WhatsApp und persönlich vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfreich. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung jederzeit empfehlen.

Sehr erholsam

Die Wohnung liegt in einem stillen Örtchen direkt am Meer. Es gibt reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Apotheken und vieles mehr. Es gibt direkt in der Nähe eine wunderschöne kleine Bucht. Lange Sandstrände sind mit dem Auto in ca. 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Auto, Roller oder Fahrrad ist empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten von der Terrasse aus an einem Tag einen Delfin sichten. Die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser Wohnung.

Tolle Wohnung, wunderbare Lage

Schöne Wohnung etwas abseits der Touristenmassen, großzügig und mit wirklich tollem Blick auf die Bucht. Allerdings ost ein Auto nötig, sonst wird es etwas anstrengend. Sehr günstig gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, tolle Strände in der Nähe, und auch der steinige Strand vor der Tür ist wunderbar für ein schnelles Bad oder auch zum Schnorcheln, allerdings nur mit Badeschuhen! Wlan in der Wohnung ist ausreichend für Mails, aber nicht für Streaming - muss aber im Urlaub ja eh nicht unbedingt sein. Wohnung toll ausgestattet, allerdings waren bei unserer Ankunft keinerlei Küchen-Basics vorhanden (Salz, Gewürze, Zucker, Öl), also besser beim Kofferpacken das wichtigste mitnehmen oder beim ersten Supermarktbesuch auf kleine Packungen hoffen ;-) Sonst wirklich sehr schön, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wunderbare Lage

Sehr aufmerksame Vermieter. Haus mit 2 Wohnungen , bei dem die obere Etage vermietet wird. Sehr ruhige Gegend , ca. 5 km ausserhalb der Stadtmitte. Direkt am Meer. Baden dort am Fels möglich , aber auch an 2 Stränden jeweils 500 und 1.000 m entfernt. Geräumige Wohnung voll klimatisiert, sehr gut ausgestattet.

1A-Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit genialer Aussicht und sehr nettem Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist genauso geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Der Blick von der Veranda geht direkt auf die Bucht von Pollenca und direkt gegenüber (6 km) liegt Port de Pollenca am Beginn der Halbinsel Formentor. Knapp 30 Meter vor dem Haus kann man problemlos mit Schwimmschuhen in kristallklares Wasser steigen und vor dem Frühstück ein erfrischendes Bad nehmen oder gefahrlos Strecke schwimmen. 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen kleinen sanft abfallenden Sandstrand - auch für kleine Kinder geeignet. Die idyllische Lage in einer reinen Ferien- und Wochenendhaussiedlung bedingt jedoch ein Fahrzeug, um zum Einkaufen oder in Restaurants zu fahren, weil die Auswahl zu Fuss stark eingeschränkt ist. Mit dem Auto sind es etwa 10 Minuten bis Port d'Alcudia und knapp 20 Minuten bis Port de Pollenca. Für uns war diese Location optimal, weil wir optimal entschleunigen konnten. Nur 4 Sterne, weil die Nahversorgung eingeschränkt ist.

You will love it, and the host family too.

Those lemons are real, the size of an orange! The place worked perfectly for 5 of us. The view is stunning and relaxing. Take a trail or two sand beaches without too much fuss, again great for kids. The host family is a welcoming family, I can't say enough about them and their hostility. I wish we could have extended our trip. Careful on the drive up(tight roads) and don't trust car GPS, use google maps or you might end up at the wrong house.

The house has everything you need for a perfect holiday and situated at first line of the sea.

The most think we liked was the pacefull area, waking up in front of the sea. The house has a nice living room overlooking the sea, and a full equiped kitchen. You can find 3 bedrooms, one of them has two single beds and the others two has one doble bed in each room, I have to say that beds were very confortable. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, towels and bedlinen are provided. When we arrived at the property it was really clean. We had a wonderful time at this house.
