This beautiful Islamorada home has been newly renovated and ready for your Margaritaville vacation. Sitting on a major canal in the Indian Waterways neighborhood, this home is ready for your boat and water adventure. The home features a 60 foot seawall to comfortably dock a large boat and is only one mile to Tavernier cut for ocean access. Boat ramp makes kayaking and stand up paddling easy. Easy launching of jet skis. A tandem kayak is available on premises for guest use.
The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and windows overlooking the canal. The Second bedroom has a bunk bed and twin bed. Both bedrooms have a dedicated a/c unit to stay cool in the Keys heat. The modern kitchen includes all the amenities you need with large counter space to prepare that freshly caught fish. Guests can grab a stool and keep you company sipping a cocktail at the kitchen counter. Step outside to enjoy a morning coffee and canal view. Great people watching as this house sits near the entrance to the neighborhood. Explore the neighborhood canals with the tandem kayak or head into the bay for a bit more adventure.
