Villa Rego offers you all the quietude and privacy of a 1000m2 property, with lemon, almond, loquat and fig trees, where you can enjoy a swimming pool, a barbeque, dining table and chairs all beautifully arranged.

On the ground floor there is a foyer, a bathroom, two twin bed rooms and one double bed room with private bathroom. On the upper floor you will find a double bed room and two single bed rooms, a bathroom and kitchenette. On the first floor you can relax and enjoy the broad panoramic views and a pingpong table.
Prices include general cleaning every 7 days.
You will find as well a large and well equipped kitchen with dining table, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, among others . On the same floor there is a large living room with a pool table, cable TV, Wi-Fi and a fireplace for cooler evenings.

Beautiful villa in a great location, very quiet and peaceful

I've spend one week in VillaRego and it's has been really amazing ! Good wether, ideal situation, calm and relax place, next to the beach and commences. The kids enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the snooker table. We spent a really good time and I definetly recommend it !

The property was clean and spacious. Towels and bedding were all clean. The bathrooms were clean and everything worked well. It is located in a quiet area with access to some lovely parts of Portugal. We were allowed our well behaved dog to stay and we respected the owners wishes and rules. Nuno is an excellent host who met us on arrival. Communication at other times with Nuno was excellent. There are some small shops close by in Luz that could provide all the provisions you could want but also some larger supermarkets within a 5min drive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Local calmo e com preço simpático. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, tanto a nível geral como no interior dos armários, e dos utensílios de cozinha. Deviam ser mais cuidadosos com o cheiro das toalhas que deixam aos hóspedes.

Great house

Super maison très bien équipée, magnifique piscine. Belle vue et proximité de la plage. Cependant, il est mieux de posséder une voiture surtout pour le supermarché. Voisinage très calme et très agréable. Le gérant est absent mais très à l'écoute. Super séjour !

Not very impressed! This place could’ve been a five star VRBO, but they were ants in the bathroom the place needed a good cleaning, the towels and the bed linens we’re old, and the bed was so hard that we couldn’t even sleep on it and I had to get the cushions from the couch to put underneath of the bed to just sleep the next night, I think this was my worst VRBO experience and we have been renting from them for over 10 years.

I am sorry to hear a out your bad experience with us but we never had any problems with ants in our house but as we are outside the city it can happen and could have been solved in 1 hour if I would have received a phone call from you. Bed sheets and towels were all bought last year. As you can see I sever rent a house websites during the last 5 years of renting this property, we never had a comment like this and we understand that it is as so because the world is not a perfect place and everyone is different. We are going to continue our good service to make everyone's holidays the best as we can in this wonderful country.

La Villa se trouve dans un quartier agréable et calme ..mais nous avons trouvé un manque de convivialité .un jardin sans transats la sieste sur des chaises c'est pas facile .table de jardin peu stable .barbecue apprécié. A l'intérieur pas de table de repas dans le séjour ça manque ! et l'éclairage est insuffisant .des lampes d'ambiance dans le sejour apporteraient un plus ainsi que dans les chambres pour lire le soir .la literie est juste insupportable .très dure et ça grince . Nous avons du acheter des verres à pied et des torchons et si le poêle est appréciable il faut acheter son bois .absence de lave linge .et l hiver un chauffage d' appoint serait utile .l étage est bien Pour se détendre quand le vent est présent: le billard y serait bien à sa place .Pour nous les prestations sont insuffisantes pour une villa .Dommage car l'endroit est agréable.

Schöne Villa mit vielen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten

Sehr viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten mit Billard und Tischtennis lassen Männer aber auch Frauenherzen höher schlagen. Der Pool mit 5x5m ist auch ausreichend. Ausblick war sehr schön auf Luz, Zimmergröße vollkommen ausreichend in allen Räumen. Rundum zufrieden.
