Le Mas des Oiseaux includes a ground floor with recent fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, Senseo, percolator, small appliances), living room, large veranda + terrace facing south, two bedrooms double, a separate toilet and a bathroom (bath / shower, two sinks). The upper floor has 3 bedrooms (one double, one with 4 single beds (2 bunk beds), one with two single beds, a shower room (shower, toilet, sink). Terrace of more than 150 m² around the house. Secured independent swimming pool (10m / 4.5m) (peripheral low wall and key gates) with pool house including summer kitchen, shower, WC, covered terrace. Playground for children (module with swing and slide, trampoline) on a plot of almost 80 ares in a quiet residential area at the end of a dead end.
Large library available.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la villa. L’hote a été très réactif à nos demandes, La conciergerie à été très éfficace dans la mesure des demandes réalisable, la piscine est top, pour grands et petits, mais non chauffée. Nous déplorons l'usure la maison,les jeux d'enfants interdits car hors service ainsi que le petit trampoline. nos enfants étant grands nous n’en n’avions pas l'utilité, la tv de la chambre n’est pas raccordé à la box et le manque de verrou sur certaines porte (sanitaire,wc). Malgré c’est petits désagrément nous avons passez une excellente semaine dans le mas des oiseaux. Merci à notre hôte, sandrine de la conciergerie, le responsable des clés ainsi que le pisciniste qui ont été très réactif et agréable. Je conseille.

Superbe piscine , la maison est très bien et la description est correcte , un grand terrain avec allée. Superbe terrasse et endroit très calme proche de tout Une des chambre est petite .Mais convient sans soucis pour 12 personnes ( 6 adultes et 6 enfants)Un plus serait d'avoir la clim .

Pas de climatisation!…..pour le prix, c’est léger!….on a tous eu beaucoup trop chaud la nuit!..les fenêtres du haut sont toutes petites!…et une chambre donne dans la véranda, donc on ne peut pas la ventiler! Manque de propreté! Finitions pas top! La piscine, très bien!, mais pas très propre à notre arrivée! Les meubles d’extérieur: moindre quatité pour le prix! Pas de lumière extérieure sur la terrasse! Les meubles d’extérieur n’étaient même pas installés à notre arrivée! Chemin d’accès cahoteux! Personne à notre arrivée! Donc arrivés à 18 h le 27juillet ! Et devons repartir à 10h le 3 août!…. En fait! On perd 1jour En résumé, vous avez de jolies photos, mais la réalité ne vaut pas le prix demandé!

Un séjour très réussi en famille

Belle et grande propriété, parfaite pour une famille nombreuse avec de jeunes enfants. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la très grande terrasse et l’espace extérieur, la piscine, agréable et sécurisée, la possibilité de cuisiner grâce à un matériel très complet, la bibliothèque variée mise à disposition. Environnement naturel charmant, restant a proximité a pieds du village d Aups. Bon contact avec le propriétaire et accueil efficace de la conciergerie.

Provence wie im Bilderbuch

Ferienhaus wie in Ausschreibung beschrieben, sehr gute, reichhaltige Ausstattung. Ruhige Lage in einer sehr attraktiven Umgebung in der Provence (verte) mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der Ort Aups nicht überlaufen, typisch provenzalisch, mit guter Restauration. Verwalter vor Ort sehr freundlich. Dieses Feriendomizil ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
