This property is an individually operated villa! This property is managed by us, the owners which means we only have one property to focus on – yours! We love our home-away-from-home and are happy to let you borrow it for a little while! The resort has 24-hour on-site security and is home to the new Lion Fish Grill restaurant (opening late December 2025) and the Sun & Sea Bar and Grille - the perfect little restaurant right on the water! All guests on the resort have access to our complimentary on-site shuttle (9am to 6pm), quaint Sugar Beach and three pools as well as free parking and new Fiber WiFi.
***Please know that the AI description added to our listing on VRBO/Expedia indicates we have a "water park". We do not have a water park but are within a 10 minute walk to Coral World which has a dolphin and sea lion discovery, snuba adventure and an underwater viewing platform/pod. There is a also a children's play area in Lindbergh Bay where children can play on bouncy items out in the water but we do not have a traditional "water park" on island.
As our guest, and you’ll also have exclusive use of our beach towels, cooler and beach chairs during your stay. As owners, we know our island and are happy to act as your personal concierge should you have questions on transportation, activities and local restaurants. When you book directly with us you can rest assured that this is the property you’ll get upon arrival, but should anything unforeseen happen we have both an on-island representative as well as access to a network of private owners and can move you to another property as quickly as possible. This property is an independently operated villa located within the Point Pleasant Villa Owners Association and is NOT part of the in-house rental management company. The biggest and best difference between renting directly with us and a unit only available through the Resort Hotel Program is that we’re able to focus on just one rental at a time – YOURS! Please keep in mind that all units on the resort are independently owned so no two are alike. With our location, layout, renovation, and furnishings we are uniquely suited to offer you premier views and the utmost of privacy.
Sun & Sea Bar & Grill, the only true, water under the deck bar and grill on St. Thomas is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day (except Sunday breakfast).
The New Lionfish Grill restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner and for Sunday Brunch (opening mid/late December).
This ideal corner location, allows you to open all the sliding glass doors on both sides of the wrap around balcony to take in the amazing ocean views and allow the tropical breezes all night long. Everything has been provided in this one bedroom, superior suite condo for maximum comfort and to make you feel welcome. Master bedroom has curtains to separate from Living room area. There is a king size bed with pillow top mattress, along with a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. One bathroom with two doors, insures privacy. Outdoor living is the preferred choice of most guests.
Point Pleasant Villas are situated hillside for maximum views. There are 3 different pools to choose from shoreline, terrace and hilltop. Great snorkeling is along the shoreline here off of our little Sugar Beach hidden down a trail.
Local manager is happy to answer any questions or suggest fun things not be be missed! Plan to spend at least one day on our sister island of St. John, only a short ferry ride away.

If you are new to VRBO, please keep in mind that you are renting a private villa and you won't have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked!
Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. It could be for 10 minutes or for several hours. GENERATORS COMING IN JAN 2026.
Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!
As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. All reservations after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, local closures and restrictions on top of the usual weather or other conditions that may arise.
More than ever, we strongly encourage each Guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, or power/wifi/cable outages.

My family had a wonderful stay at Point Pleasant Villas. The condo was clean and perfect for a family of four. It was the perfect location if you plan on taking the ferry over to St. John during your stay!
What a delightful place to stay, to rest, to renew! The view alone would do it, but add the cleanliness, how everything possibly wanted/needed in the condo was provided, plus the amenities of the resort and the excellent location to Coki Beach and Red Hook, made this The Perfect Place to stay! We had problems with the internet and Xaverie was right there to make it work. Do be aware there are 15 stairs to climb/carry luggage, etc. Great exercise! The generator was also invaluable. We are recommending this condo to everyone!

We had a great time at C5 in Point Pleasant. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need. The condo has a stunning view. We enjoyed sitting on the large balcony, experiencing the breeze and the scenery. The communication we received was excellent. The owner had tons of helpful information and suggestions. The resort has restaurants on site, which was convenient.
Unfortunately due to the terrific storm that struck the East Coast and caused all flights to be cancelled, we were not able to make it to St. Thomas and this beautiful villa. However, our communication with Xaverie was fantastic. She sent all sorts of helpful information prior to our planned arrival, and answered any and all questions we had. We’re so excited to re-schedule our trip and hoping Point Pleasant C-5 will be available!
Host great and informative love view and location plus sand and sea good food. One suggestion put door mats inside besides front door at each slider. Floor was always gritty despite multi sweeping. Didn’t use snorkel stuff bc it was put back totally unwashed in box. Left ya some sunscreen and beach hair product. Thanks so much! Lisa and Jim

While I can’t comment on the unit, as our vacation was last minute canceled due to winter storms in our area, I can comment on the host and management group. They were excellent at prompt responses and answered all my questions. They were very welcoming, and very helpful and supportive when we had to cancel our dream trip. I would definitely rebook this property based solely on my experience with the owners/managers.
This is a great resort to stay at. Located in the quiet side of the island. Near wonderful beaches. A casual and a very nice restaurant on the premises (great food at both). And a beautiful unit with a priceless view of Smith Bay to top it off.
We loved our stay here! The views are absolutely amazing, and Paul and Xaverie were so accommodating and helpful. We are hoping to stay here again in the future!!

Condo and resort was fantastic providing a great central location to everything on the island. Owners were very helpful and condo was everything that was promised.

World class panoramic view. Excellent location close to amenities, beaches, and activities. Property has beautiful pools. Condo contact (Xaverie) had great suggestions for groceries, activities, and restaurants.
We stayed here for a week away from home and loved every minute of our stay. The property was just as described and very clean.

Newly remodeled kitchen, all new cabinets, granite counter top, 4 burner electric cook top and overhead microwave oven. Includes a rare stack new washer/dryer installed June 2018.
Outstanding views, to the ocean beyond and the British Virgin Islands and St. John to the east. The newly renovated on-site waterfront restaurant, Shoreline Bar & Grille, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner! There are three pools on the property. Margaritaville is next door and you can walk over at the path located down on the shoreline. Easy way to get to Coki Beach!
We are located a short walk to Coral World Undersea Aquarium at Coki Beach, with it's brand new Dolphin Encounter experience! Centrally located, with quick 5 minute drive to Red Hook , or ease of catching public transportation. Friendly, helpful staff at the reception area will be happy to help you grab a taxi.
