Ocean Front Paradise with Stunning Views!

You can't get any closer to the beautiful blue water! Unit B-12 is located on ground level. The condo has breathtaking ocean views from every room. The condo overlooks Smith Bay and has stunning views of the surrounding islands.

Wake up every morning to the sounds of the ocean and beautiful sunrises while having your coffee on the balcony.

The condo is 1 bedroom 1 bathroom that sleeps 4. It has all the amenities of home. Newly remodeled kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and beautiful cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with a new refrigerator , microwave, two burner stove, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. The kitchen has everything you need to spend an evening in. It also comes with an Ipod docking station so you can listen to your favorite music while enjoying cocktails on the balcony. Their is a flat screen TV with satellite/cable. The condo also has wifi.

The bathroom has been upgraded with a new vanity, mirror, sink, and tiling in the shower. Their are 2 fans. One over the bed and one in the main room. The condo has AC for the really hot nights!

Their is a cooler in the closet so you can pack your snacks and drinks and bring to the beaches.

Lindquist is a beach that is a mile away. The cooler and chairs will come in handy at this beach . The beach and water are so beautiful that it is worth spending a day there.

Magens Bay is about a 15 minute drive away. It has bathrooms/showers and food and bar. It is rated the nicest beach in St. Thomas

Coki Beach is known for great snorkeling! You can walk there from Point Pleasant. When you are standing on the balcony look straight across the bay and that's Coki

Sugar Beach is a very quiet beach with a few chairs and is part of the resort. If you take a left out of the condo and follow the signs to Sugar Beach. It should be a 3-5 minute walk

Another great day trip is taking the ferry from crowne bay and visiting Water Island. Water Island is part of the USVI. It is about a 7 min ferry ride. Beautiful beach, has 2 bars. You can rent golf carts and go around the entire island. While waiting for the ferry their is a great bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner named Tickles

There are so many beaches to check out on St. John. The ferry is a 5 minute drive from the resort. The ferry out of Red Hook runs on the hour. Round trip to St. John and back is $12.00 Some of the beaches to check out are Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay, Hawks Nest, Honeymoon Bay to name a few

Also there are the British Virgin Islands that have beautiful beaches and fun day trips. One of our favorites is Yost Van Dyke. Visit Soggy Dollar Bar and White Bay. You can get ferry out of Red Hook. I can provide information for you

We are located on the east side of the island. The condo is so close to Red Hook. There you will find great restaurants, bars, grocery store, and the ferry. Some of our favorite restaurants are XO (wine bar), Island Time Pub, Pesce, Melt, and Tap N Still and so many others. If you like to dance there is an outside place called Duffy's

You will truly love relaxing on the private balcony overlooking the ocean and it's amazing colors and hearing the sounds of the water. It will take your breath away! It is a sight that everyone should enjoy in their lifetime!

Great location on the island with two beaches within a few min walk. Red hook is close by with all of its restaurants and ferries to the other islands. The condo is a small and comfortable place with exceptional views. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great time in St. Thomas. The condo unit was just as it was described. Alex was excellent to work with. Always timely and helpful in her response to any questions we had. The condo was clean, well kept and convenient location. Close to Red Hook for dining and water ferries. We walked to Pineapple beach and Coki beach. The resort is close to Lindquist beach (our favorite) and Magen's bay is just a 15-20 minute drive.

Great location on the island

The location of this property accommodated our many needs. We wanted snorkeling close by and found two places in walking distance and a third a short local transportation ride away. We wanted good fresh food and found restaurants to our liking short drives and walking distance away. We had a quiet patio but could find live music at Margaritaville close by. A lot of the land animal wildlife was also available for viewing, I just loved watching the iguanas and sea birds. The resort office was helpful and the locals very friendly and informative. We would come back again, especially to this unit in the resort.

Beautiful!

We had such a wonderful vacation staying at Alexandra's condo at Point Pleasant! The unit is clean, updated and everything is new and well maintained. The kitchen is beautiful and makes it a joy to cook if you want to save money on restaurants. The location makes it easy to get to shopping, the ferry to St. John, and nearby beaches. And of course, the view is unbelievable. We loved just sitting on the balcony looking out over the Caribbean. We would definitely recommend this and we plan to go back again next year! Thank you Alex for a beautiful condo to stay in for our vacation!

A piece of heaven

Just got back and a little groggy but wanted to take this opportunity to review our stay which went by way too fast. Started the hunt last summer and luckily ended up booking the unit with the help of Alex. From day one of the process she has been an outstanding host in that she is quick to reply with info along with added tips of things to do/see. Very helpful in that this was our first time to the area. About mid-week my wife and I both agreed that this is our favorite spot (we travel a lot) and can't wait to come back. The unit/view is spectacular, the staff is great, the weather ideal and the islanders friendly. How can you improve on this? I would book again for next year but have to wait for an airline schedule that far out.

Great place in a perfect spot!

My wife and I just got back from a wonderful vacation in St. Thomas and so glad we chose this condo to stay in. It was about 30 minutes from the airport and pretty easy to navigate. The location of the condo was in a great spot for many reasons. First off it is a 5 minute drive to the town of Red Hook where there are many bars and restaurants and also that's where you catch the ferry to St.John. There is also a number of beaches close by as well as some you can walk to. We drove out to Magens bay 2 different days (abut 15 minutes) it is beautiful there. The condo is right on the water and we spent a lot of time on the patio with beautiful views and a nice breeze always. The waterfront pool is 60 second walk and right next to the Shoreline restaurant and bar which we went to quite often and was really good. Also there was a school of tarpon that hung around for scraps . Overall we had a great trip and a great stay in this condo. Alex e- mailed us a bunch of information on restaurants, bars, car rental etc. etc. you name it and it was really helpful.

Amazing!!!!

When I found this condo online I was so excited because for me nice clean and new is what I look for, but I was a little hesitant doing anything online but when I got in contact with the owner all my hesitations were gone. Alex was so great and professional but also very sweet. She sent me so much great info on the condo as well as nearby restuarant info and activity info that was all very helpful. She talked to me on the phone whenever I needed to talk to her and responded to all my emails right away. Besides that the condo was so clean and so nice the view was amazing! We had stayed at the Marriot prior to coming to the condo so we were at an amazing location already but the condo did not disappoint. It's newly upgraded the kitchen had everything we needed and I know this is probably weird but the linens and towels smelt fresh and clean. I'm a mother of 3 who stays at home so I'm just weird about that stuff but for me it was a little bonus. I can't wait to go back and I would book with Alex again and again:)

READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!!

Well, this is my first time to write a review ever. My fiancee and I were getting married in St. Thomas, so we planned our 6 night trip 5 months in advance. Before we came to the island, I contacted the owner to make sure that everything is in the good shape before we moved in. On the day of arrival, on Friday, we found out that AC wasn't working. I contacted property manager to let her know about the problem. She told me that she was aware of this issue and she brought it to owner's attention. Then, I contacted the owner and she offered a temporary solution of portable A/C for FOUR nights. They could not send anyone to repair AC unill Tuesday. We decided to give a chance to a portable A/C. The portable AC was a joke, the room temperature never went below 80 F. I told the owner this was not acceptable and that we cannot leave in these conditions. The owner offered to move for a couple days to a different unit which was no even close to what we paid and we did not want to wait 4 days before the A/C be fixed, so we moved out and rented a different unit. It should be mentioned, that the owner promised us to refund for the nights without A/C but until this moment, we haven't heard from her again. I sent her few messages through VRBO website and direct text messages. I filed a claim with VRBO and they have issues of contacting the owner as well. Be aware, that if something goes wrong with this unit, you will have no support at all and you will never see you money back. Moreover, the unit is old and needs updating. We rented it for the view, it is beautiful, but everything else was a disappointment. Do not recommend to have any business with the owner, unless you want to have an unpleasant vacation.

A wonderful stay

This condo was as advertised. The owner,Alex was easy to correspond with and offered good tips. We loved it. Well equipped and very comfortable. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. There isn’t maid service but we were provided with enough towels and we never used all that were left for us. The two restaurants on the property were both very good. The “fancier” Mirador was $$$ but excellent food and atmosphere. The shoreline cafe was always tasty. The property was well maintained consistently. The location great near beautiful snorkel beaches and Red Hook. my only critique wasn’t in the property control. The hotel across the bay Margaritaville played loud music with more loud base than anything else every evening. Usually they cut off by 10 but not always. We had to shut windows and use AC instead of ocean breeze to sleep. It was annoying to our cocktails on the deck and enjoyment of our gorgeous view. It must have been really unbearable if you were staying over there at least for anyone over 30. Despite that I highly recommend this condo and Point Pleasant

This property is nicer than the pictures. It has everything you need for your stay. It is very clean and the view is unbelievable! Alex is wonderful! As soon as I booked the condo, she sent me everything I needed to know about the condo and suggested restaurants, beaches and even recommended a car rental place. Take her suggestions...we saw some of the best beaches ever! We even went to St. John twice. The beaches are beautiful there too.

Alex’s villa is in the perfect location with absolutely stunning views of the water and surrounding islands. You can go to sleep to the sound of waves crashing below, and wake up to the most amazing sunrise you’ve ever seen. Alex was a great host, super responsive, informative, and accommodating to our every request. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location, amazing views!

Loved this oceanfront condo at Point Pleasant, perfectly located to walk to Cokie or short drive/taxi to Lindquist. The space was clean, comfortable and is the closest unit to the lower pool and restaurant. Wake up to views of Cokie point, Thatch Cay and St John. We will be back!

Beautiful and peaceful spot!

We were so happy with our week here. The apartment was perfect for our family of three. The ocean breezes kept everything cool and having our coffee on the balcony each morning was a delight. We loved the resort community - helpful staff and the shoreline restaurant was really good! We didn’t have a rental car so we walked through Margaritaville to catch the $1.00 safari taxi which worked out great and felt like an adventure! Alexandra was so helpful and responsive. We’ll stay here again for sure.

Most beautiful place!

My husband and I had a wonderful time on St. Thomas and visiting several other islands. The condo was just perfect! Perfect location and accommodations. We loved the private little beach, as well as the other more populated ones nearby like Cokie beach. Alexandra was great to work with and we had all we needed. I would highly recommend the resort and this particular condo couldn't have a better location and view. The only downside were the bugs. Be sure to bring bug spray! We will back!!

We love the location!! When we were looking to buy, we stood on the balcony and knew we had to buy at the resort. The stunning ocean views took our breath away. We knew that this was the place for us! The condo is conveniently located to all the great beaches, restaurants, bars, and the Red Hook Ferry.
