The property is 200 years old and has been renovated into a modern holiday cottage, while still retaining its original character. With the original old owl hole and exposed beams, the property has exquisite taste. Downstairs has an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area. It has one double bedroom and a ground floor, bathroom and WC. Outside has shared use of the owners garden with furniture, table tennis and crazy golf, with views overlooking the River Coln. Parking is available. Please note there are low beams in the bedroom.
