The Bastide des Bouisses is located at the place called 'Les Bouisses' 5 km from the beautiful Provencal village of Boulbon.
The 2-hectare property is in the heart of the preserved Montagnette area of ​​4 000 hectares.
This spacious and bright two-story house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large esplanade-office upstairs. The master suite has a private bathroom and a separate shower room. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom and a separate toilet stall. On the ground floor are the kitchen with an area of ​​23 m² (La Cornue, laundry, refrigerator, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher ...), the living room with large fireplace, dining room for 6 people, access to the 3rd toilet from the entrance hall. The large sliding glass doors allow residents to benefit from natural lighting in the kitchen and living room.
Outside there is a parking, a terrace overlooking the kitchen and living room, and the garden of 2 hectares populated with lavender, olive trees, cypresses, thyme. Included: a private above ground pool and vegetable garden. The path leading to the property is lined with cypress, typical of Provence. The view of the surrounding hills offers a sense of total peace and isolation. The property is located 1500 meters from the abbey of Frigolet built in the 11th century, whose bells are heard in the morning and evening.
The Bastide des Bouisses is exclusively reserved for tenants except for the presence of two cats living outside.

Wonderful week

Amazing property, beautifully presented and lovely hosts who could not be more helpful. Secluded peaceful location in countryside with facinating historic towns and villages nearby. Pool very welcome in the hot weather and not far to the sea aswell

Just the most exquisite house in one of the loveliest setting! Superb!

The house is just gorgeous! Parisian chic mixed with Provençal panache! The setting is peaceful yet very accessible to all the regional sights! A 10/10. Manuela and Patrick are so welcoming and knowledgeable. It’s the most exquisite place - highly recommend!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Landhaus liegt einsam und bietet auch einer sechsköpfigen Familie ausreichend Platz, Ruhe und Erholung. In Wirklichkeit war das Haus noch schöner, als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Küche ist herausragend eingerichtet. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Urlaub in der Provence

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt hier. Das Haus ist riesig und die Kinder hatten sogar ihr eigenes Zimmer. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als reichlich inkl. Poolhandtüchern, die Küche toll und die Terasse lädt zum chillen ein. Der Pool hat den Kindern sehr gefallen, sie wollten kaum herauskommen. Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig und die Umgebung für Großstädter genau richtig um abzuschalten. Ausflüge nach Arles, Orange, Nimes und natürlich Avignon sind von hier aus perfekt. Boulbon ist ein nettes kleines Städtchen und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Tolles Haus mit wundervollem Garten und sehr netten Gastgebern

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus von Manuela. Alles war wie beschrieben und das Haus und seine Ausstattung eher schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben dort oft gekocht und auf der schönen Terrasse gegessen. Der Pool war wunderbar um sich bei über 30° abzukühlen. Und auch ohne Klimaanlage konnten wir jede Nacht gut in den kühlen Schlafzimmern schlafen. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll für die Erkundung von Avignon und Provence, ein Auto aber sicher Voraussetzung. Auch ein Tagesausflug nach Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer an den feinen Sandstrand und ein erfrischendes Mittelmeer ist super machbar. Der Garten rund ums Haus ist riesig und bietet frische Tomaten, Auberginen und weiteres Gemüse. Mit dem Auto sind es 7 Minuten zum sehr guten Bäcker in Boulbon, wo es auch einen kleinen aber guten Supermarkt gibt und das nette Restaurant Café du Commerce unter Platanen und neben den örtlichen Boules-Plätzen. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen beim nächsten Urlaub in Süd-Frankreich hier wieder herzukommen!

Maison exceptionnelle !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Manuela et Patrick. La maison est magnifique, très jolie, équipée de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances, très propre, grande avec une terrasse grande et jolie, une piscine et un jardin avec des légumes et herbes fraîches dont les propriétaires nous ont laissés nous servir. Manuela et Patrick sont très sympathiques, ils nous ont tous expliqués, ils nous ont donnés beaucoup de conseils à propos des choses à faire dans la région et ils ont répondu très vite à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Manuela et Patrick et nous espérons d'y revenir bientôt !

Ce fut parfait!

La maison est située dans la pinède de la Montagnette, juste à côté de l’abbaye de Frigolet. l’environnement est vraiment beau et vous ne serez pas dérangés par les voisins, car ils sont loins. La maison est très bien équipée pour la cuisine et avec un barbecue. Il ne manquait rien, il y a tout ce qu’il faut en épices etc. Le jardin potager nous a même donné des tomates. La terrasse et les multiples petits coins Pour se poser ne manquent pas sur le terrain. La piscine est un vrai plus avec la chaleur de l’été. Nous recommandons la propriété, de plus notre hôte était disponible avec des conseils sur la région. Très bon séjour.

Phantastischer Aufenhalt im Herzen der Provence

Die Beschreibung des Objektes stimmt überein. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und es wurden kleine Hinweise für Touren in die Umgebung gegeben. Die Verständigung klappte sehr gut. Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Sehr sauberes Domizil und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Gerne wieder :-)

Traumhaftes Haus in traumhafter Lage

In Wirklichkeit ist das Haus noch schöner, als es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Die Ausstattung ist luxuriös, es mangelt an nichts. Das Grundstück ist riesig, man kann ungestört die Ruhe genießen. Der Pool bietet eine angenehme Abkühlung, die Kinder waren begeistert. Avignon ist nur 15-20 Autominuten entfernt, die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Nachbarort, mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Man kann in der Umgebung viel unternehmen, auch wenn man das Haus eigentlich gar nicht verlassen will. Manuela und ihr Partner sind sehr angenehme und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in ihrem tollen Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen!

Stilvolles Ferienhaus auf wunderschönem Grundstück

Das stilvolle Haus in Alleinlage eingebettet in einen riesigen Garten ist ein wundervoller Erholungs- und Ausgangsort, um die Provence zu erkunden und in die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die großzügigen Räume bieten reichlich Platz, inklusive der wunderbaren Küche, wo sechs Leute problemlos zusammen kochen können. Es ist in Natura noch schöner als auf den Fotos, mit allem gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt von Manuela und Patrick. Die Beiden sind äußerst nette Gastgeber, freundlich, aufmerksam, unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. (Danke für den leckeren Wein, der zur Begrüßung für uns bereitgestellt wurde!) Absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfect "Provence" living

The house is better even than it looks in the pictures. It is fully equipped, plenty of linnen, all spotlessly clean. The house is airy & light and the adjacent covered terrasse allowed us to live outside without suffering from the heat. The pool is sparkling blue and a decent size. The kitchen has an amazing cooker and plenty of space, a real plus if you enjoy cooking. Bathrooms and rooms are large and nice, although the size of the bed is on the small side. The garden is large and has lots of little nice spots to hang out. Manuela and her partner are really nice people, giving all kinds of tips and advice on the area, are easy to contact, and ensured we could enjoy this holiday to the fullest. A great experience.

Dream holiday in a dream house

We had perfect holidays in this house, which has everything you require for a great time: The house is even more impressive in person than on the pictures, combining good taste with homely, personal touches. It is full of charm, making you feel at home immediately. It also has an amazingly tranquil sense of peace about it, that we fully enjoyed. The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms modern and stylish. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and we had fun cooking in the kitchen as well as on the barbecue placed on the spacious terrace. We spent many long breakfasts and candlelit evenings at the table area on the terrace. Everyone (young & old) enjoyed playing in the pool, followed by sitting in the shade reading books. The house is completely private, surrounded by large enclosed terrain including a nice garden area, where we could daily get fresh tomatoes, basil, figs and strawberries. Boulbon is an ideal location for exploring this part of Provence, as it is close enough to many tourist destinations (Avignon, Arles) to permit easy access. I cannot say enough good things about both the property itself and the people who own it. A big thank you to M. & P. from all of us! We made many happy memories during this stay and are planning to come back for more. There is so much to discover in the region. Merci! Andrea & Family

Un alojamiento fantástico ,ideal para desconectar y relajarse

La casa es tal y como muestran las fotos. Fuimos 2 parejas una semana y pasamos unos días fantásticos visitando pueblos de la Provenza y relajandonos en la piscina. Tanto Patrick como Manuela fueron muy atentos con nosotros
