Washing Pools was the perfect place for two people and two dogs.
Overlooking fields and Lyme Regis offers a spectacular sea view and coastline - we were very lucky with the weather. And if you enjoy walking, peace and quiet, and lots of rabbits for the dogs to chase (sorry rabbits!), this is the place for you. Five minutes away from the Club House Restaurant and The Manor Restaurant Hotel (+bar) and the farm shop at Modbury Farm was an added bonus.
The place needs a few tweaks but we'd definitely book again.
The property had real pros for us with 2 dogs big field for them to run around in. Easy access at bottom left corner of field to the beach road, we recommend The Manor for food & drink.
The property was cosy and clean and was a good base for walking.
My only issues is the property needs money being spent on it, new path from gate to door and internally new couch and bed
