A great place to stay. The views are exceptional! Nice outside gathering place. A/C was cold and the place was very comfortable.
Summer In Italy has super good communication and that is key. Need to hold the hand of the renter and guide them in every step which you did!
Fantastic accommodation for the week! Our only critique: We did not opt in for housekeeping throughout the week so it was very alarming to have a stranger show up on the property randomly multiple times. Especially considering we all have our passports with us. Please inform guests in advance that a cleaner will be randomly coming throughout the week.
First off, I am not sure how this measures against other properties in the area. We came on vacation and stayed 4 nights. We were very excited about the house and it had a ton of potential. Unfortunately I think the pictures were taken years ago and maintenance has become an afterthought. The outdoor furniture is in need of replacement, the fountains don’t work, no greenery on the patio. The bedroom with the jacuzzi tub was too musty to handle and the jacuzzi tub wasn’t functioning. The master on the main level had a number of maintenance issues in the restroom as well as the bedroom upstairs.I was notified I would have to give euros in cash upon arrival for potential damage. I am glad I didn’t do this as they are obviously not using it for anything and I fear I may have not gotten it returned. They were very kind and helpful at getting transfers and everything, the staff was very kind. The place is just in dire need of a few weeks of maintenance to get back to where the pictures show it.
