The apartment is located in the heart of the little fishing village Las Playitas only 400 m away from the famous sports complex Playitas Resort.
It is 36 sqm and has a nice terrace with direct and beautiful views.
The apartment was entirely refurbished in 2017.

The very bright apartment is situated one minute walk away from the beach and offers stunning views of the bay and the village.


There are several supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

The unique and peaceful views of the bay makes the apartment a perfect relaxing holiday spot!


Guests can access the entire apartment and the terrace.
