Schhhhh keep this wee gem a secret

A small property perfect for 1-2 adults great use of space and a terrace that truely delivers on a view. Only 3 properties in total in the building so very peaceful dispite being in a working town and with other properties close by. Great wificonnection in the property, great shower water pressure and always plenty of hot water. Washing machine was an added bonus but allowed us to wash beach towels (provided) and bedlinen etc during our stay. I requested a parasol for the terrace as it is a real sun trap all day from sunrise until late afternoon and Paco provided this straight away with another we could take to the beach.. Being on the top floor you get a lovely through breeze when you have all the windows and doors open in the flat so no need for any extra A/C Totally fell in love with Gran Tarajal and this apartment so will definitely be back. We got a taxi from the airport approx €60 each way but there is a bus from airport to bus station in gran Tarajal route 16 approx €5 only a short walk to apartment Buses are great very cheap and reliable used them quite a bit ( cash only) About 10-12 good restaurants all waterfront they all close on different days so get to visit them all great to mingle with local Spanish families out celebrating and eat fresh fish If you fancy a late night by the harbour front there is a cocktail bar open until 3am Thur-Sat 2 great supermarkets close bed linen etc during our stay

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, das Bett sehr gut. Auf der Dachterrasse fehlte leider ein Sonnenschutz und das Sofa war schon arg in die Jahre gekommen. Ärgernis: wir hatten vorab wegen einer Gehbehinderung gefragt, ob es einen Aufzug gibt. Das wurde verneint aber es seien ja nur 28 Treppenstufen. Es waren aber 50 Stufen und das hat uns vor allem den Einkauf sehr erschwert.

Très agréable

Situation idéale près de la ville et de la plage. Appartement propre avec l’essentiel. Merci à Francisco pour les bouteilles d’eau et les fleurs. Propriétaire, courtois et discret. À préciser la vue de la terrasse est superbe. Nous en garderons un très beau souvenir. Pour que cela soit parfait il faudrait qu’une partie de la terrasse soit ombragée afin d’en profiter toute la journée . De plus un ventilateur serait le bienvenu pour les rares nuits sans vent. Gran Tarajal une ville loin du tourisme de masse qui permet d’être dans une station familiale Canarienne mais en même temps pas très éloigné des principaux sites à visiter entre 30 mn et 1 heure suivant les lieues. Idéal pour se ressourcer…

Le paradis

Tout est plus que parfait : la disponibilité, la gentillesse et la discrétion du propriétaire nous a touché, la situation est idéale, tant pour la plage que pour le "ravitaillement", l'appartement où il ne manque rien, nous avons passé 2 mois de rêve !!!

Beau petit appartement intime !

On se sent bien à deux dans ce petit appartement agrandi grâce à la grande terrasse vue sur l'océan. Le beau paseo qui longe l'océan, du port à la belle plage de sable fin noir, permet une ballade à pieds très agréable, tranquille, car pas envahi par les touristes !

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung über den Dächern von Gran Tarajal

Diese Wohnung vermittelt eine rund um gute Atmosphäre und macht einfach Spaß sich dort aufzuhalten. Der Blick von der großen Dachterasse: Traumhaft! Sehr sauber und der Besitzer sehr nett.

Eine wunderschöne Woche in einem noch nicht überlaufenen Ferienort

Es war alles perfekt, vor allen Dingen der fantastische Ausblick von der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, nur das Badezimmer könnte etwas größer sein und mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten bieten. Eine Entschädigung bietet jedoch die große Terrasse mit Liegestühlen zum Genießen.

Ganz schön, aber deutlich kleiner als angegeben

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt, und Paco Sosa ist ein sehr angenehmer und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Den Abzug gibt es, weil die Wohnung höchstens die Hälfte der angegebenen 85 qm hat - wovon wiederum etwa die Hälfte auf die sehr schöne Sonnenterasse entfällt. Die Wohnung selbst dürfte kaum mehr als 20 qm haben, das Doppelbett ist zudem recht schmal. Wohl gefühlt haben wir uns trotzdem, und alle anderen Angaben stimmen.

Eine herrliche Wohnung mit Meerblick inkl. Sonnenaufgang!

Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen zum Jahreswechsel 2017/18 sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, alles funktioniert zuverlässig. Paco Sosa ist ein sehr freundlicher sympathischer Vermieter, dessen Humor sogar dann rüberkommt, man wie wir gar kein Spanisch versteht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auf eine sehr angenehme Weise. Weil Gran Tarajal als Startpunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen sehr günstig liegt und das Leben in dieser kleinen Stadt wirklich authentisch und kaum von Tourismus geprägt ist, werden wir ganz bestimmt mal wiederkommen und dann auf jeden Fall bei Paco Sosa wohnen. Sehr erholsame, ruhige Tage am Meer

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Vermieter Paco Sosa hilft bei Fragen jederzeit und ist sofort zur Stelle. Gran Tarajal ist ein Ort für Urlaub abseits der Betonburgen wie in Jandia und wirklich charmant. Die Infrastruktur ist überschaubar, aber für eine Woche wie in unserem Fall ausreichend, so gibt es durchaus mehrere leckere Restaurants zur Auswahl und nicht zu viele andere Touris. Der Strand ist nicht groß, aber sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in idealer Lage

Wir können uns allen bisherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen! Die Lage der Wohnung mit der traumhaften Dachterasse, die herzliche Begrüßung des Vermieters, die gute Ausstattung, wundervolle Ausflüge, abwechslungsreiche Strände bei angenehmen Temperaturen, all das macht die Flucht aus dem deutschen November einzigartig.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist wünderschln gelegen mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer und den Strand, besonders bei Sonnenaufgang traumhaft schön. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sollte man etwas benötigen antwortet er sehr schnell und hilft wo er kann. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden bei einem weiteren Urlaub sofort wieder diese Ferienwohnung buchen. Auch Freunden haben wir diese weiter empfohlen, weil wir wirklich begeistert waren von der Wohnung und der Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sehr sauber und hat alls, was man benötigen könnte, von einer Waschmaschiene bis hin zu Kochgeschirr. Gran Tarajal ist ein sehr schöner Ort, überhaupt nicht touritisch und dennoch finden sich nette Restaurants und Geschäfte an der Strandpromenade und im Ortskern. In der Nähe der Wohnung (ca 2-5 Minuten Fußweg) befinden sich ein Bäcker, ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein tollen Fischrestaurant. Der Strant ist ebenfalls nur ca. 5-7 Minuten entfernt und bietet weitere Restaurants. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt eine unvergesslich schöne Erfahrung! Vielen Dank!

Lovely appartment, great owner and nice town

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. So wurden uns zum Beispiel für den Strand ein Windschutz sowie ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt. Ingesamt war es sehr sauber und wir haben uns über eine vollausgestattete Küche gefreut. Der Balkon ist sehr groß, man kann sich perfekt sonnen :) Außerdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Alles in allem können wir die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Danke an Paco Sosa :)

Alles super! Immer wieder gerne!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ansprechend. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Der Vermieter Herrr Sosa ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Von der Dachterrasse blickt man auf das Meer und den Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung immer wieder mieten.

Bonne adresse !

Paco nous a réservé un accueil très sympathique. L'appartement est simple mais suffisant pour un couple. Le plus : la grande terrasse où prendre ses repas et admirer le lever du soleil sur la mer ! Le petit moins : les marches un peu méchantes pour y accéder... L'autre plus : Gran Tarajal est une ville peu touristique loin des amas d'hôtels et de résidences de la côte est. On baigne dans la vraie vie de l'île et de ses habitants. Je conseille pour le très bon rapport qualité/prix !
