The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It is a three-floor building with one apartment per floor. One bedroom has a double bed and in the other one there are three single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is fully furnished, with fridge, oven, washing machine, toaster, kitchen and mixer. All kitchen accessories are available, and the bedrooms have bed linen, towels, and fan.



Fuerteventura: The apartment is perfect to enjoy Fuerteventura. It has the advantage to be located in the centre of the island, which allows to move to the north and to the south of the island without long journeys.
The building is new and it is in the village of Gran Tarajal, which at the same time has a large black sand beach and quiet waters which adults and children enjoy alike.

Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Kein Touristenort und man kann das kanarische Leben sehen. Super gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Traumhafte große Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick (leider ohne Beschattung).

Even though Paco could not speak English nor us Spanish, we received a very warm welcome. The apartment which is centrally located, could not have been cleaner and had everything you need from a well equipped kitchen to make simple meals, use of beach things i.e. umbrella and chairs, clean bedding and towels and on arrival water, toilet roll, welcome chocolates (nice touch), handwash and washing up liquid.. These essential items are often missing in self catering apartments. There is a beautiful view from the lovely roof terrace. The only improvement here is that the sun loungers would be a lot more comfortable with a padded sun lounge mattress. As there is no air conditioning a fan may also help. Even though there are many windows on some nights it was airless. It was very hot when we visited.The TV does not have any English speaking channels apart from CNN which is American. Even though we found our way round ok and had a car to get around in the day (very useful to explore further afield), a little information booklet with where to find things, best eating places and the area may also be useful. The town itself is a lovely local town. If you want a busy bustling resort Gran Tarajal is not for you. It is a Spanish town where people live, work and socialise. It is quiet but we found enough restaurants for a lovely meal mingling with the local people watching the world go by so very relaxing. No loud music, drunks or commercialism. Very good quality food at reasonable prices. The apartment is not for the infirm as it is the penthouse.

Dieses Jahr ging es an die Ostkuste.App Paco Sosa war unser Urlaubziel in Gran Tarajal.Die Ausstattung entsprachen den Angaben der homepage das Haus war sauber,gepfegt und befindet sich in guten Zustand.Wir waren von Vermitter Signor Paco gut vorbereitet und sehr gut betreut.Der Kontakt mit Herr Paco ist professionel und sehr freundlich. Der App ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht in der Kuche, ruhige Lage zum Entspannen.Die Terrasse ist gross und man hat eine wunderschoene Aussicht auf den Ozean und man kann die Sonnenaufgaenge geniessen.In diesen App kannst du gut deinen Urlaub verbringen. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich.Man kann die Ruhe geniessen und am Strand dem Ozean lauschen.Tolle Brandung.Ein guter Punkt um die Insel zu erkunden.Wir koennen die Unterkunft uneingeschraenkt weiterempfehlen und wir werden wiederkommen. Unser Besuch in Gran Tarajal im April

Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Dachwohnung mit Terrasse und Meerblick und wieder sehr zufrieden! Unser Vermieter Paco ist sehr aufmerksam und herzlich und gibt auch gerne Tipps jeder Art für den Aufenthalt. Die Dachwohnung ist von der Größe gerade richtig für 2 Personen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem, was man für die Ferien am Meer benötigt, ausgestattet. Vor allem ist die Wohnung sehr sauber, was für uns wichtig ist! Der Ort Gran Tarajal ist kein Touristenort mit Hotels etc., darauf legen wir persönlich Wert. Er hat eine kleine Promenade mit Cafes und Restaurants und einen sehr schönen Strand, der bei unseren beiden Aufenthalten (Juli/August und April) nie überlaufen war. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt für den täglichen Einkauf sowie einige kleine Läden und ein tolles Fischrestaurant am Hafen, was uns persönlich auch zum zweiten Mal begeistert hat. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass man alles bequem zu Fuss erreichen kann (3-10min); für die größeren Einkäufe und Besichtigungen sind ein Mietwagen von Vorteil. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und danken Paco für seine Gastfreundlichkeit! Hasta pronto!

Beautiful apartment

We stayed in this flat for 14 nights this winter. The flat is on a perfect central location, in the Gran Tarajal city. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone. The flat is really comfortable and has all the amenities that are mentioned in the advertisement. The hosts of the flat were also very helpful. The communication and the booking process were all going very smooth. When we arrived they showed us everything that we should visit on the Fuerteventura island. I was amazed of their kindness.

Phantastisches Appartment

Phantastisches Appartment eine Ferienwohnung. Aber in keiner wurden wir so herzlich willkommen geheißen wie in dieser. Vielen, vielen Dank. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir uns gewünscht hatten: sie ist super ausgestattet - von fön, bügelbrett bis Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden, sie ist sehr sauber, hat eine tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum und trotzden ruhig, schöne Terasse. In dieser Wohnung stimmt das Preis/leistungsverhältnis und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Fantastische Penthouse-Wohnung

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser Wohnung und fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Herr S.war im Haus, als wir ankamen, um uns willkommen zu heißen, uns einzuweisen und uns die Schlüssel zu geben. Er war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Bucht von Gran Tarajal - die Sonnenaufgänge sind besonders beeindruckend. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und ist sauber und mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Gran Tarajal selbst ist nicht sehr touristifiziert - keine Hotelburgen oder so was - hat aber alles, was der Individualurlauber braucht - Supermärkte, Banken, Restaurants... und von Gran Tarajal aus kommt man mit Mietauto sehr gut überall auf der Insel hin. Wir können die Wohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen

Supertolles Ferienapartement

Wir waren jetzt zum 3. Mal in diesem Apartement und werden mit Sicherheit noch öfters kommen. Das Apartemente ist supersauber und toll gelegen mit einer superterasse mit Blich auf das Meer, Staddtstrand, Promenade und Hafen. Das Apartement ist mir allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden 2 Mal die Woche gewechselt. Der Vermieter, Paco Sosa, ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereich und zuvorkommend. Gran Tarajal selpst ist ein kleines quirliges Städtchen mit toller Busverbindungen in alle Richtungen. An der schönen Promenade auf der das abends das gesellschaftliche Leben stattfindet, befinden sich diverse Restaurantes.

Un apartemento fantastico

Este apartemento esta muy limpio con un belissima vista al mar y al puerto. El apartemento esta kompletto con todos las Cosas que se nececitar y en muy buen estado. El alquilador, Paco Sosa, es muy sympatico y con mucha atencion. Cumple todos nos deseos. Dos vezes por semana cambia los toallas. Hemos sido por tres veces en este apartemento y seguramente vamos a volver muchas veces. Gran Tarajal es un Lugar muy simpatico y muy despierto. Hay una paseo al mar con Muchas restaurantes y una playa muy bonita. Por favor, disculpe nos espaniol fatal.

Eine sehr schöne Woche! *** A great week!

Super Ausstattung, große Terasse und tolle Aussicht auf schöne Sonnenaufgänge über der Bucht von Gran Tarajal. Von der Waschmaschine über den Fernseher (den man nicht braucht, denn es gibt auf Fuerte sehr viel schönes zu sehn!!) bis zu Küchengeräten und Strandschirm ist alles da, was man für schöne und entspannte Urlaubstage braucht! In der Bucht kann man auch baden, allerdings ist es empfehlenswert mit einem Mietwagen auch die anderen Strände der Insel zu erkunden (Playa de Playitas, El Cotillo, Cofete...). Supermärkte gibt es viele und der Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und für dringende Fälle ist der Vermieter stets erreichbar. Trotz unserer sehr schlechten Spanischkenntnisse haben wir uns gut verstanden und möchten uns auch auf diesem Wege nochmal herzlich bei Paco und seiner Familie bedanken!! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Great facilities, large terrace and great views of beautiful sunrises over the Bay of Gran Tarajal. Washing machine, TV (you do not need it because there is a lot to be seen on Fuerte!), kitchen appliances and beach umbrella – there is everything you need for a beautiful and relaxing holiday! In the bay you can also swim, but it is highly recommended to hire a car to explore other beaches on the island (Playa de Playitas, El Cotillo, Cofete ...). There are many supermarkets and the bakery is just around the corner. We were warmly welcomed and for urgent cases, the owner is always available. Despite our very poor Spanish skills we understood each other well and also would like to thank Paco and his family again!

Appartamento molto bello!!!

"Appartamento molto bello, arredato benissimo e molto comodo e funzionale. Una terrazza vista mare stupenda! In casa non manca niente. Da sottolineare la gentilezza, l''ospitalitá e la simpatia del sig. P. Durante la mia permanenza, si è preoccupato di farmi trovare un router wifi da installare in casa, dopo avergli detto che ricevevo un segnale molto debole dal piano di sotto. Quindi, per chi ci andrá, troverà anche questo servizio.

"Appart. très mignon avec sa grande terrasse (où il fait toujours beau!), très confortable, calme et très bien situé : tout (plage, magasins, port avec vente de poissons frais, restaurants...) est à côté! Le propriétaire est très disponible et toujours prêt à rendre services et répondre à nos besoins. Gran Tarajal est une petite ville très agréable car elle n''est pas touristique et il y règne une ambiance paisible, familiale et...canariène ! On y passe toujours de superbes vacances ! Merci Paco

Gran Tarajal - Fuerteventura

The apartment is very comfortable and complete. Everything is well taken care of. The owners are also very kind and supportive. Gran Tarajal is a nice and quiet place. The apartment is very close to the boulevard and the small beach. A supermarket is only 50 meters from the apartment and also a fresh baker can be found in the same street. Gran Tarajal is also a good starting point for making trips. We really recommend this place'. R.N.

El apartamento está en continúa renovación y mejora. Más del 70% de los clientes repiten sus vacaciones en este apartamento, porque encuentran comodidad, tranquilidad, buen servicio y una gran terraza privada con vistas al mar y con sol desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer.

Schon zum 2. Mal begeistert!

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung und waren wieder begeistert: eine super Wohnung für 2 Personen, mit allem was man braucht, in einer relativ kleinen spanischen Stadt, wo es keinen touristischen Rummel gibt. Der Blick auf's Meer von der Dachterrasse ist einfach wunderschön. Der Vermieter Paco ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit - sollte irgendetwas mal nicht in Ordnung sein, eine kurze Nachricht und Paco bringt es in Ordnung. Eine Wohnung für Selbstversorger abseits ausgetretener Touristenpfade, die wir mit Freude weiterempfehlen können.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Herr Sosa hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen, uns die Wohnung gezeigt und die Schlüssel übergeben. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet um sich während des Urlaubes wie zuhause zu fühlen. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Von der Dachterasse aus hat man einen ganz wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht, den Strand und den Hafen von Gran Tarajal. Ein Bäcker, ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Fischgeschäft sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Flaniermeile am Strand ist zu Fuss in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn man ein Auto gemietet hat, sollte man sich den Strand von Cofete unbedingt anschauen. Traumhaft!! Der Strand Risco del Paso ist mit dem Auto in ca. 25 Minuten zu erreichen, in Richtung Costa Calma. Ein wunderbarer, ruhiger Urlaub zum Erholen. Wir kommen wieder...:-)

El mejor sitio para quedarse en Gran Tarajal

Estuvimos en el apartamento 4 noches y sin duda fue la mejor elección para pasar unos días en el sur de la isla. Todo super limpio, cuidado, muy equipado...y con una terraza que era un lujo a partir de la tarde, con sus tumbonas comodísimas, su vista al mar... Ideal para cenas románticas! Por las mañanas resulta algo caluroso porqué le da el sol de pleno, pero como pasábamos el día pro ahi no importaba mucho. Puedes dejar todas las ventanas abiertas y el airecito que corre a la vuelta es super agradable. Paco, el propietario, está a disposición todo el tiempo y es muy atento a todo lo que puedas necesitar. Sin duda, si planearamos otra visita al sur de Fuerteventura nos quedaríamos en ese apartamento. ¡Y es un plus saber que si planeamos la visita con nuestro perro también podría estar ahi!

Trabajamos para que el apartamento se encuentre cada vez mejor, más confortable, acogedor, renovando su interior. Este mes de septiembre de 2012, instalaremos mayor potencia con la conexión Wifi. Asimismo, instalaremos la refrigeración en todo el apartamento.

Fuerteventura: un paraiso

Una semana fantástica. Hemos quedado encantados con el apartamento, ya había estado nuestra hija y nos lo recomendo. Paco el dueño super atento y amable, y el apartamento sencillo pero comodo, para pasar unos días de descanso. Quedamos tan encantados de la isla, del pueblo y del piso que estamos planteándonos el volver cuando podamos cogernos otra semanita.

A todos los clientes que nos visitan a este apartamento, como los otros dos que tenemos, procuramos siempre que sus vacaciones lo disfruten lo mejor posible y más por estar en una zona tranquila y junto a la playa, con gran vistas al mar.

Excelente apartamento

Un gran apartamento junto a la playa de Gran Tarajal (Fuerteventura), bien amueblado, amplio, para 6 personas con comodidad, limpio, con todos los accesorios y ropa. Hemos recibido un buen recibimiento y atención mientras duró las vacaciones. Supermercado y restaurante a menos de 100 metros.
