Villa Tončić is an old town villa with three apartments. Cafe au lait is the middle one, it has around 42 square meter and a big terrace with a beautiful view on the garden below. The Cafe au lait is a design apartment in which everything is in color of coffee. It has fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, water heater, etc. Below the apartments is a secession designed restaurant in which you can get breakfast, lunch, dinner or something in beetwen.

Awesome place

Loved this apartment, it was my favorite place I stayed at on our visit in croatia. It's close to diocletians palace and there is a parking lot with free parking right around the corner. Everything was clean and smelled good.

About average. Host was nice. We misunderstood about parking. It isn't included but they made arrangements last minute to accommodate us as We were tired and freaking out. We couldn't get the air to go below 25 degrees Celsius so it was a little Warm in the afternoon. Windows open at night was perfect. This is on the third floor. No elevator and is above a restaurant. Overall good stay. Also, I couldn't find an iron.

Very spacious nice place to stay. It is close to the main historical attractions, aterfront and bus

Great place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. It is spacoius and has a large bsthrpom by European standards. The property manager was very pleasant and helpful, speaks fine English, and met us even tbough we were slightly lost near the apartment. The only downside to the room was that the view was pf the parking lot. Apparently some of the other units face down on the beautiful courtyard and cafe (shown on the sites pictures). If I had to do it again I would request a room with a view. Overall however a great unit at a good price.

Apartment Cafe au Lait is in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the absolutely stunning Diocletian Palace. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, minimalist but with everything you need and newly refurbished I think. (the entrance is at the back of Villa Toncic and the window looks onto the side garden) On the way to the old town/Palace, down a narrow alley just minutes from the apartment, you pass an excellent small baker, a specialist charcuterie and Tommy's supermarket, very convenient! It is also within walking distance of the port and the beaches. Altogether an excellent holiday in the most beautiful and fascinating place.

Lovely historic villa, just a couple blocks from the walls of Diocletian's Palace!

Very nice, comfortable apartment in an excellent location. The apartment is above a lovely restaurant setting - the personal garden of the villa's original owner complete with a formal fountain. There is no better, more elegant place to relax over breakfast and the BEST caffe latte in Europe! The waterfront promenade is a short 7 minute walk away; it's easy to come and go as often as you wish! There is a small grocery store and a bakery and a laundry service on the way to the Palace for longer stays, or if you wish to make meals at home. TV and wifi are very reliable. Great landlord, too! The entire Old Town environment is the most relaxing and pleasant place. The town's citizens are friendly and helpful, and take obvious pride in their beautiful city which they share with visitors from all over the world.

Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques à Split dans "café au lait" de la villa Toncik. L'appartement y a contribué, il est très propre et exactement comme sur les photos. Situé à environ 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville, il est proche de toutes les commodités et parfait sans voiture. Possibilité de faire des excursions sur des iles aisément grâce aux navettes. Si vous louez une voiture, les merveilleux parcs nationaux Krka et Plitvice valent le voyage. Un grand grand merci à Lovro qui est un hôte particulièrement accueillant et disponible. Havla ! Appartamento molto accogliente

Appartamento molto carino,ben arredato e confortevole,un po calda la camera perché c'è solo un condizionatore nel soggiorno. L'entrata della palazzina è terribile,ma si dimentica appena entri in casa,cafe au lait era il nostro appartamento ma consiglio quello centrale perché ha anche una bella vista sulla terrazza del ristorante sottostante che oltretutto è ottimo. Ottima posizione,a pochi minuti dal centro a piedi,pochi minuti dal porto con la macchina e ottima per uscire velocemente dalla città. Il proprietario veramente molto gentile e simpatico.
