Desert View Patio Home Ram's Hill Gated Community overlooking Fazio Golf Course

This tastefully appointed patio home offers comfort and privacy with expansive views of Fonts Point , mountains & the award winning Fazio golf course.

The master bedroom has a king size bed & separate TV. Please note that the televisions are "Smart TVs" with wifi for streaming. But there is no local television service (cable or satellite), but both are connected to Amazon and Netflix.

The en suite bathroom has a large tub & separate shower. Second bedroom is in a private hallway away from the great-room, with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have access to a separate fully enclosed patio, which is great for letting the dogs out or just relaxing in complete privacy. Large picture windows in the great-room look out onto the mountains and golf course. The patio fronts onto the golf course, but is shielded from direct view of golfers by shrubbery & a small rise. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes & utensils. Outdoor BBQ, table & chairs provided for outdoor dining. There is also a fire pit.

Currently the garage for this property is not available. Parking is across the street in a lot.

The Santa Fe community has 2 large swimming pools and spas with plenty of space to lounge by the pool.

My wife and I had a great stay at this beautiful house. The location is ideal for walks in the desert. The kitchen has everything needed for prepping meals. The furniture is very comfortable, especially the bed. We look forward to staying here again and we'll tell family and friends about it!

Great locale

Great place that offers privacy facing the golf course. See birds and wildlife and lots lots of stars. Prime location for the slot canyon hike and seeing the metal sculptures.

Beautiful property in the Santa Fe development of Rams Hills just a few miles from Borrego Springs downtown. Back patio looks out onto the golf course. Nice restaurant & bar located in Rams Hill. Lap pool, regular pool & spa just a few steps away from the house.

Anza Borrego Getaway

The property was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio most mornings. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and plenty of dressers for our things. Likewise the master bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed cooking our meals and just relaxing for the holidays.

Borders on Golf Course

Located in Ram's Hill, a gated community with excellent landscaping. Walkways are close by and the golf course with its dark green fairways and greens is a fun feature. We enjoyed catching the low angle sun in both patios and I think our dog enjoyed staying here as well.

Desert getaway

Ram's Hill is a great place to stay in the Borrego valley, and this property is perfect for two couples to stay in. We have stayed in a few houses in this community and so far this was the most comfortable and cleanest one. The golf course is in pristine condition, and the clubhouse has great food and drinks. The only issue this trip was the fact all the pools were closed, but the community has worked a deal with Zorro the resort next door for access to their pools while Ram's Hills pools are closed. The location of this house was ideal if the pools were open because it is just a few hundred feet away.

Two couples own this home together as a desert getaway retreat. One couple owns other property in Ram's Hill & plan to build a home there in the near future. All of us love the quiet and solitude of the Borrego Springs desert area & love to explore the desert by day and star gaze by night.

We all fell in love with this home because of the views, privacy, open floor plan and lovely decor. The community pool is awesome too!
