Hello!

Our large renovated apartment is centrally located in Falmouth with its great selection of shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

There is also plenty of free on street and paid parking nearby.

The apartment features two large double bedrooms (with king size and double memory foam beds). Both rooms feature views over the harbour and beyond. Plus, the Futon sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate an additional two adults.

The large, well equipped kitchen and dining room can comfortably seat six adults around the central dining table. Appliances include a washing machine, dishwasher, built in oven, a microwave oven and fridge-freezer.

The comfortable, airy sitting room features a double sash window with views over pedestrianised Market Strand and Market Street. There is a HD TV with FreeSat and on demand services.

There is broadband WiFi throughout the apartment.

Excellent all around!

The flat was great! Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms, comfy sofa and chairs in reception, spacious bathroom and nicely kitted out kitchen. Great location in the heart of Falmouth, easy walk to beautiful beach and castle, near good bus connection to U of Falmouth Penryn. Booking was a breeze, communication with host fantastic. Highly recommend!

Falmouth’s Finest

Location, location, location. Convenience is the word for this rental. We found a tremendous variety of restaurants, shops and people watching from this lovely flat. The kitchen was huge, the sitting room had great telly to watch, and the beds were comfortable. The flat had all the convenience of home. Thank you for sharing with us.

Comfortable well-equipped and great location

This was exactly what we were looking for - central location with space and comfort. View from the bedroom, windows across the harbour are fantastic and you are right in the middle of Falmouth but being on 3rd floor means that you’re not bothered by noise. Would definitely recommend to our friends and would stay here again!

Fabulous Flat. Fabulous Location

A fabulous comfortable and homely flat in a spot on location. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with a good TV and a very comfy bed to relax at the end of the day. Loved the views across the pier from the bedrooms. Would Recommend.

Excellent Location

Almost perfect. This property has a great location and is well equipped. The only negatives are the fact it does not have its own parking and it is up 49 steps. This does however mean it has great views over the harbor.

We do make it very clear in the listing and booking process there is no dedicated parking because the apartment is centrally located in Falmouth and we provide links to parking availability. The plus side is everything is only a couple of steps away. And likewise, we do highlight we are on the top floor, but the stairs are very wide and well lit, with two landings on the way up.
