A family-owned destination for wine lovers, Viaggio combines unparalleled natural beauty and meticulously handcrafted wines with comfortable elegance and gracious hospitality.
23 manicured acres await you, where you can wake up on the East Side of the Villa to watch the sun rise over the vineyards while having coffee, or watch the sun set over the Mokelumne River in the evening with a delicious glass of wine.
A famous swing awaits you underneath a 300+ year old oak tree, or bask in the sunshine at the amazing infinity edge pool.
There are 3 inactivated cameras in the main living space downstairs and 2 inactivated cameras outside. One facing the pool and one facing the parking area in the front. They are hard wired and have not yet been removed. They are not active and are not monitored.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn all Ac/Heat OFF! DO NOT leave on or auto.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED! NO EXCEPTIONS! LATE CHECKOUT FEE IS $500
Nonrefundable $500 pet fee per animal if pets are brought in. $1000.00 nonrefundable fee if smoking is done inside the Villa.

As a Microbiologist/Scientist, Teri Lawrence has put her dedicated skillset to work on the grapes and holds the title as Viaggio’s Winemaker. Originally from Louisiana, Lawrence has coordinated and supervised events at the winery and handles duties alongside her husband as a farmer and real estate investor.
“We are very happy with everything we’ve accomplished, giving all the credit and glory to God, and thank Him daily for the courage and strength to live our lives to the fullest each day.”
