1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with additional separate areas for sink/vanity rooms, family room and kitchen. Sleeps 4 ( Queen bed and queen pull out American Leather sofa bed). Could potentially have 5th child sleep on fold out cot.
Very home-like condo that has been well cared for and stocked with everything to make our guests feel like they right at home for a unique beach experience. This place has it all! You won’t need to go anywhere, just relax here, take in the fabulous view, and enjoy the ocean/beach!
Patio leads onto nice lawn area that overlooks the ocean. Come sit in our nice cedar Adirandack chairs on this grass area right out our back patio and take in the view that directly overlooks the ocean. The condo has direct to the beach crossing over a seasonal small footbridge. Very convenient to be able to bring all your munchies just out your back door and take in the view! It also overlooks creek and river that flow to the ocean. Children enjoy playing in this gentle flow.
Very comfortable unit that has updated kitchen completely furnished with sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary dishware and appliances. Clean and well maintained.
There is a common area at resort with patio that has a gas grill and patio area - nice for BBQ.
Awesome hiking nearby! Serene coastal town...not over loaded with people.
Good restaurants and convenient market within walking distance.
Includes cable tv and WIFI.
This is multi-unit building with condo located on ground floor. No steps to get into condo.

*In rainy season depending on when seasonal high tides come in through winter, our seasonal bridge that crosses the creek for direct access to beach is brought in due to the changing water levels and ocean currents. Therefore, the foot bridge (shown in photo) that crosses the back lawn will not be available and to access beach so guests would need to walk through parking lot and access the beach either on the path by Hawk Creek Restaurant (3-5 minute walk) or on many of the other beach access points. Bridge will be put back out in the spring.
