This property is in the perfect location to explore Cascade Head, the salmon river estuary, and the beaches around Neskowin. The view of Proposal rock, the pacific, and the creeks were amazing. Sitting outside the unit in the Adirondack chairs will drinking my morning coffee was a great way to start the day.

It is a great spot. I forgot that I had received the unit # & entry code the night before arriving & I didn’t have my VRBO password. So that was my bad. However, Tricia helped me with that immediately once I communicated with her. We have stayed in several VRBO’s & this was the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in. Tricia was accommodating with ck in & ck out times as well. She was a Super Host to deal with!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Everything was as we remembered. The host, Tricia, was always very responsive to our communications. The condo has a direct view of Proposal Rock, which is beautiful. We were fortunate to have gorgeous weather during our stay which allowed us to enjoy the Adirondack chars on the patio. The condo's kitchen is well equipped and the 2 full bathrooms were a real plus for our group of 4.We look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful ocean front condo with stunning views and sunsets.The decor and furnishing made our stay very comfortable everything was spotless and the well stocked kitchen made meal time easy. The extra surprise of two full bathrooms was also a nice addition. We hope to return to this lovely location again and again, It was so nice dealing with Tricia , she was very attentive and we even got an early check in time which is added bonus. Thank you for the lovely stay

The view was amazing from this property. The way the property is situated, much of the wind is blocked, allowing us to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine! We really enjoyed the dual bathroom set-up. It allowed my wife and I to get ready and out the door that much quicker in the morning. My wife really enjoyed the short walk across the parking lot to select a fresh scone and grab a cup of coffee.

Property was very nicely decorated but could use a little bit of thoughtful cleaning especially the bathroom. We were there on an extremely hot day and there was no air conditioning in the unit. Thought the property should at least have a fan available as the bedroom has no windows. Back door was quite hard to open and close. Kitchen was clean and beautiful shape. The view was gorgeous!

Hi Karen~ glad you liked the decor. Fan is always provided for guests in the front closet. Perhaps you missed it. Yes we had a record breaking heat day the day of your stay- 80s are rare at the coast. So you hit a very unusual heat wave:-) Most places at Oregon coast do not have Ac due to the cool temps. Will take a look at adjusting door so it closes easier. Thank you for letting us know as things shift here so near to the sandy beach. Glad you loved the clean beautiful kitchen and amazing view!

The hostess was very communicative and accommodating. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view is spectacular. We are at the restaurant on the property and grabbed coffee at the little store on the property twice. Centrally located we did north coast one day and central coast the next. Highly recommend location and condo.

I feel I cannot say enough nice things about this rental! It was as presented in the description and communication with Tricia was prompt, courteous and helpful. I forgot a bag when we checked out and she arranged for me to pick it up. The condo was clean, tidy and well appointed. Instructions were well posted. The sofa bed was comfortable and my friend and I were both able to have our own bathroom. Such a nice view.

My wife and I had a GREAT time in Neskowin. The view from our window is a postcard of beauty. Our stay was so comfortable, and our host provided everything we needed in our home away from home. We are looking forward to going back year after year.
