From the moment you step inside you will appreciate the spacious ambience with the large windows and glass sliding doors that draw the outdoors in, bathing the living spaces in natural light and capturing sweeping waterfront views Efficient gas heating & air conditioning to ensure your comfort. There is a well equipped kitchen which includes a cappuccino machine a laundry with full facilities. There is plenty of parking for your boat or extra vehicle including a secure garage space. A wonderful boardwalk in the National Park is only one beach away (sorry dogs not welcome here) or enjoy a 2 km stroll into town, along the beach at low tide. Tea and coffee to welcome you on your arrival and some pantry basics are supplied.
Our property is suitable for families of up to 5 people or couples wanting that all important beach side escape. There is a queen bed in one room and a double with single mattress in the other. The double garage will only fit one car but is a good secure area for your dog if you should go out and want to leave him at home.
Electric blankets are provided in the cooler months and built in robes have plenty of storage and hanging space for all the family. We can also provide a free cot and high chair and baby bath which can be found in the wardrobe.
Downstairs - cathedral ceilings accentuate the open plan kitchen, dining and living area along with the laundry and a second WC for your convenience. There is a family sized fridge and dishwasher in the kitchen and fully equipped laundry together with books, puzzles, games and toys.
A picnic basket with thermos and esky is provided if you wish to venture further and enjoy some of our nature reserves or just picnic on the beach.
In the garage we have provided beach toys, a portable BBQ and outdoor table and chairs which can be utilised for those summer evening BBQ's beach side.
There is a new local IGA with a bottle shop and take away just up the road.
Local attractions include Mogo village and zoo and a new mountain biking trail., New coastal paths have been opened up for bushwalking, and of course there is the usual fishing, golf, river cruises, fishing charters and hire boats.
We have 2 cinemas, several clubs and an expanding shopping centre with wonderful al fresco restaurants where dogs are allowed if eating outside. A new indoor pool includes water slides and theatre events.
OUR COMPETITIVE TARIFF DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR LINEN (sheets and towels) which can be supplied on request for $15 per person of $20 per person if you wish the beds to be made up for you.
Flexible arrival and departure times can be enjoyed, vacancy permitting.
We have a 2 night minimum stay on weekends and during school holidays and 3 nights on long weekends, 7 nights over the summer holiday period.. SINGLE NIGHTS will be considered and may depend on the day of the week and other bookings but a $100 SURCHARGE APPLIES which goes towards our high cleaning costs and incidental damage. .

We are dog lovers and welcome yours also. The property is unfenced but dogs are allowed inside provided they are house trained, kept off the furniture and kept well groomed to minimise hair and sand in the townhouse. Please keep off all furniture and please note, the throws are for your comfort and are not dog blankets.
The double garage also provides a shady and secure area if you want to bring an outside dog. You will need to bring all your pets requirements (bedding and food bowls). We also recommend treatment for ticks as the eastern coastline is known for them. The beach is also dog friendly and leash free.
A small pet fee per pet of $30 is applicable - please advise at time of booking if you wish to bring your pet. This goes towards more frequent carpet cleaning. preventative flea treatments etc.
We do not charge a cleaning fee but please leave the property as you found it and especially leave the BBQ and all cookware clean or a $50 penalty may apply. Sand is a constant issue and is very damaging so please remove before going inside.

This is a very nice place to stay. The owners were great to deal with and helped any time it was needed.
Location is excellent. A lovely walk over the bridge to get to the main area of Batemans Bay.
Accomodation was wonderful and clean.
The townhouse was in a great family friendly and quiet location, right on the water. We really enjoyed our stay there and it was an added bonus that we could bring our puppy! We’ll be back again.

Owners were lovely and very communicative. It is a great location but it needs some money spent on the property. The washing machine was covered in mould. I spent an hour cleaning it only to discover it didn't work. This was a huge inconvenience and we ended up having to buy extra clothing to get us by. The TV remotes didn't work even with fresh batteries. The beds were comfortable but there was only a quilt cover no quilt? We bought our own linen and towels but I assumed a quilt would have been provided. Other little things like I was half way through cooking dinner and there was no working can opener. The garage door also didn't lock so it meant we had to bring all our fishing equipment inside the house all the time. For what we paid over the Easter Long Weekend a few of these little things would have made our stay much more comfortable.

I am sorry Megan but I contest that there was mould on the washing machine as my cleaner is very thorough. We were unaware that it wasn't working as we do not test it on every clean and I did offer to pop your washing in my machine and drop it back to you but you decided you would go to the laundromat. There were plenty of blankets for each bed - nights are still too warm for doonas so we find this the best option. I will check the can opener - again unless we are advised, we cannot fix or replace. I also explained that all 4 of the garage doors are being replaced in a couple of weeks but your boat was too high to have fitted inside the garage anyway. I am disappointed with your review especially as I tried to help out where I could but we weren't given the opportunity to replace the can opener or check the remote.
Perfect spot - clean and comfortable place. Great to recharge and relax. Everything close by. Owner communicated well and the house was as advertised. Would definitely stay again.
