A very relaxing Chrustmas break

This is the perfect beachside holiday house - relaxing and comfortable. It has everything you need, but the best part for me was the stunning view. Thoroughly enjoyed!

A piece of paradise

We really enjoyed our 4 nights in Airlie. The house whilst old style really suited us. Large living areas and bedrooms, fabulous view of the beach and totally private thanks to well placed mature trees. A beautiful breeze slipped through the house and the sunsets were amazing. The house had everything we needed and we came away with a determination to 'stay here again'. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating and kind in her communication. A real find.

House with views of the beach in the quaint little South Coast town of Gerroa.

The property is in a beautiful location in Gerroa, with lovely views of the beach. The house was very clean with plenty of room for a family or group of friends. A short walk to the beach and a lovely cafe. The host was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great to be back!

It has been a few years since we stayed at Airlie and it was all that we remembered and more. A classic beach house with everything you need for a relaxing coast trip, including awesome beach views. We have always felt at home visiting Airlie.

Great location and the owner couldn't be more helpful. Pool table / table tennis table in the garage is the perfect backup if the sun isn't shining.

Seaside Escape

I fell in love with the photo on the website, a hat, wine, sunshine, beach. I have been very unwell over the last several months and was aching to get away before my next surgery. With COVID there havent been many options available until I found Airlie by the Sea. I went away with 2 girlfriends and we bought along wine, snack food and they also cooked dinner both nights. The wind howled pretty much from when we arrived to when we left, with sleety rain as well. The waves were crashing, outside a whole cacophony, then there was us with the heaters on, comfortable watching and laughing. It was a wonderful time away, I will be back when I am better, this time for longer and I may bring my Hubby next time. Truefully it was everything we wanted, except for the weather but that is not the houses' fault. Cant rave much more the price will go up!

Great house and top location

We had a fabulous stay. The house was in a fantastic location, so close to the beach. Loved the water views from the deck. House was clean and comfortable, kitchen had everything you needed. Kids loved the big yard and the table tennis in the garage. We can wholeheartedly recommend this house, and we are already planning our next stay.
