Allure - On Seven Mile Beach Gerroa

Allure is the ultimate spot for your next holiday with its expansive uninterrupted views over the lagoon and down Seven Mile Beach.
Located right on Seven Mile Beach and Crooked River, Allure is a level stroll to the award winning Blue Swimmer at Seahaven Cafe. Everything from swimming, surfing, walking, windsurfing or just relaxing is right on your doorstep. The spacious lounge room is on the top floor and opens onto a long deck with incredible views of the beach. A separate dining area has fabulous views and its own smaller balcony. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need with electric oven and hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee machine.
The well appointed bedrooms are located on the ground level. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has an en-suite and a small garden courtyard. The second bedroom provides a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a further king-sized bed that can be separated on request (at the time of booking) to two singles. All have built-in wardrobes for your belongings and ocean views. There is a shared main bathroom located directly across the hallway. Rumpus room or kids retreat has a tri bunk, smart tv, and comfy lounge. This area opens onto a private courtyard at the back of the property with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. There is also a large grassed area at the front of the property straight across from the beach.
For year round comfort there is central reverse cycle air conditioning – cool in summer and warm in winter.
Allure is also equipped with laundry facilities including a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and an outdoor clothesline.

Beautiful and convenient location. The house is perfect for a family and well maintained. Everything was as advertised, clean and comfortable. We would return.

A superb location

The property could not be better suited for a low key family holiday. The beach was superb for swimming or just a long walk to the beach. The Blue Swimmer restaurant is a short 5 minute walk. Superb food and open early for coffee. Gerringong a 10 minute drive has everything you could need including a great bakery, comprehensive IGA and a friendly bottle shop.

Other than the disjointed layout (rear and front outdoor dining areas are completely disconnected from the kitchen), this is an excellent property. Clean, well appointed, and an amazing aspect.

Great spot and easy layout

The property is in a fantastic location in Gerroa and is set-up for a very easy family stay. With the garage and extra room attached, they should gate that off and consider allowing pets. Have stayed here twice and rate it very highly.

If you're looking for incredible ocean views, a place to relax or sightsee and a nice drive from Sydney, look no further than Allure. The facilities are great with lots of space inside, clean bedrooms, bathrooms, great kitchen etc.

Spacious house with great views and located directly across the road from the beach. Enjoyed the local sights. Easy access for a walk along the beach every day was very relaxing. The house was clean and provided all equipment needed for comfortable stay.

Love this house

This house is perfect for a stay by the beach..modern, comfortable, clean and so spacious. Views are incredible. Booking process was very smooth and we will hopefully be back. Gerroa and its surrounds is such a beautiful spot it was hard to pull ourselves away at the end of our stay.

We absolutely loved Allure,I could not have asked for a more beautiful house to stay in. Living area up stairs was stunning and the bedrooms where superb,We are definetly going to stay there again
