Newly renovated fully stocked comfortable beach vacation house with all the luxuries of home. Fast 200mb internet with dual zone WiFi for strong connection no matter where you are. Smart HDTV's in each room (65", 55", 55") with Basic Cable, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, AmazonPrime, Pluto, Showtime

Full size kitchen with full size appliances (fridge, oven, range top, dishwasher, microwave, double sink) and LED lighting throughout. Dinning table for 4-6 with Ocean Views. Med/Firm Cal King 72" wide x 84" long mattress in master bedroom with Ocean Views. Queen size Murphy Bed with new Memory Foam mattress in living room.

Private patio/deck with Ocean views, table/chairs and propane BBQ.

The "Only" Unit in the building with direct access from the parking garage and NO stairs. Coming/going is a breeze, loading/unloading a breeze, groceries/trash doesn't get any easier. One flight of stairs down to the gate and you're on the beach.

Our rates are already heavily discounted for monthly rentals. Inquiry early for longer stays (3-6months), property is booked over 1yr in advance normally. No exceptions to the 30 night minimum, the City of HB has a $1000 fine per day for violations.

Excellent location and accommodations

Location is fantastic, steps from the beach, a few minutes to the pier and Main Street. The complex itself is very secure and quiet, an oasis in the middle of the busy, hectic beach scene. The kitchen is good and master bedroom very comfortable. Check in and out was easy, and the host Weston personally met us at check in to walk us through. I highly recommend this host and property.

This is the best location!

The beach is literally steps away. Ocean views out the window. Main Street a few blocks away. Quiet area north of the pier about a 5 min walk. We’ll equipped unit. Comfortable beds. Weston was a fabulous host. Appreciate the chance to stay here.

Exceptional, easy and enjoyable

Property is well kept inside and out. Despite the harsh salty air and near sand location, the setup is ideal for quick visits to the waterfront or everything you need for an all day outing. Owner is generous with use of outdoor recreational equipment. Really loved the location with easy access to all shops & restaurants downtown Huntington Beach. The sunsets never get old!! Highly recommend!!

Amazing location in Huntington Beach

Perfect place to enjoy the beach

Property is just steps away from the beach, pier, and Mainstreet in Huntington Beach - perfect location to enjoy a vacation at the beach! Weston provided a check-in / tour of the property and quickly responded to any questions or requests for help during the stay. Unit comes complete with pretty much all amenities needed for an enjoyable time at the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed time at the property and have already planned on a return trip!

Paradise on the beach

We couldn’t avast for a better place. Location was awesome, the unit had everything we needed was clean very comfortable. Weston was incredible to work with. Westin met us when we requested to access the property, show us around and give us the keys. Everything was very clean and worked well. Our month on the beach was idyllic.

Revisiting my youth

I came to spend August in Huntington Beach because I longed to revisit some of the happiest days of my life. I am from Long Beach and I used to ride my bike to HB at least 4 days a week all through high school and college. I now live in Sedona and I had some down time so I decided to see if I could recapture my beach bliss. My experience was exactly what I envisioned. The condo was perfect in its location, amenities and price. Weston, the owner, was super helpful and accommodating. I will most definitely do it again when I need my salt therapy. The ocean, sand and sun was exactly what I needed.

Perfect ocean getaway

The location of this property is tough to beat! There are views from almost every room in the apartment and the patio is perfect for sunsets (or walk about 10 steps and watch them on the beach!). The house had all of the amenities you could need for a monthly stay and Weston is very responsive and helpful as a host. Highly recommend this spot to anyone wanting to experience HB the right way!

Dream place

Imagine opening the windows and hearing the ocean. Imagine seeing a sunset over the ocean every day. That is exactly what we had day in and day out for nearly three months!

Great place to stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo on the beach. A few steps from the front door to the sand. The owner met us at arrival and walked us through the condo showing us where everything was at and how it works. We travel quite a bit and have rented many condos and this is the first time an owner has met us at arrival and been so thorough, usually we’re given a code and an instruction sheet and left to fend for ourselves. The condo is close to everything such as shopping, restaurants, entertainment, the pier and of course the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Incredible!

We stayed for the month of July and had an amazing time! Everything is at your fingertips: beach, pool, restaurants, shops, etc. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking view of the waves crashing was priceless.The parking level entrance was amazing as well for hauling groceries, strollers, and all our other goodies. Weston was such a great host and responded to any inquiries/concerns within an hour. We will be back and I HIGHLY recommend this location!!

Best location in the OC - amazing stay!

This was my second stay at this apartment, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is so spacious, and is in the best location in Huntington Beach. It's so close to the beach that you feel like you're almost on the sand! It's perfect for couples, friends, and families. The views are stunning, and you can hear the sounds of the ocean and watch the surfers. It is well-equipped with everything you need. It's a bonus having a washer and dryer and most apartments in the block don't have this available. The car space is very convenient too as it is so difficult to park on the streets, and there is also visitor parking. The king bed is very comfy and my friends said that the sofa bed was great too. The kitchen is huge and well set up for cooking, but there are so many restaurants and bars close by, that you won't want to do much cooking! It's such a short walk to the pier, and there are also beach cruisers for your use to get you around the OC. It's only a block or two from Main St and less than half a mile to Pacific City. The grounds are well-kept and the pool is nice and quiet and a perfect temperature for swimming all year round. I cannot wait to be back! This was definitely a 5+++ stay.

a dream come true!

I had the opportunity while on sabbatical to stay at this amazing property for 80 days. It would be difficult to come up with enough positive adjectives to describe it. I wrote papers while looking up from my desk to look directly out at the ocean surf crashing, surfers, birds, para-surfers, dolphins, surprisingly once a shark, and the beautiful sunsets. I never got tired of the changing lights, moods, colors, and sounds of the ocean. Each night, I was lulled to sleep hearing the surf. The unit had everything I wanted. Lots of windows with views, a big kitchen, a living room with a fold-out couch for guests, and half bath for them, a lovely master bath, and porch with a barbecue and a view. I used the cruiser bike to ride up to Sunset Beach, and Bolsa Chica Wetlands, and down to Newport's Balboa Pier. The units are in a gated community, so no concerns about theft. The owners are kind, responsive, and available. Weston never took more than 15 minutes to respond, and made sure everything was perfect. This checked off a bucket list item for me. Priceless!

Nice place to hang

This is a nicely decorated condo with good views of the surf and beach. Good sunset views as well. I was very comfortable for the time I spent there and the owners are very good, helpful, and accommodating people who you can count on to make your stay comfortable.

Why they chose this property

This property is the only property on the beach (the sand side of pacific coast hwy) in all of Huntington Beach. If you want beach front, this is the only way to get it in Huntington Beach. Also, being about 100 yds from Main St. and the HB Pier, you are perfectly located to walk to all of the downtown restaurants and attractions.

What makes this property unique

Our unit has amazing ocean views where you can watch the dolphins and surfers share waves while you enjoy your morning coffee. Our private patio is perfect for the afternoon BBQ or just sitting to watch the sunset over Palos Verdes / Long Beach in the summer and over Catalina Island in the winter. Another unique benefit of our unit, which no other unit can claim, is direct access from the parking garage with no stairs. All other units require you to go down or up a flight of stairs and then something up or down again to get to your front door. Imagine the hassle when you want to run in/out real quick or take the trash out or bring groceries in. It was for all of these reasons and many others that we feel in love with the property and our specific unit. You will be pleasantly surprised from the moment you arrive.
