JAX BEACH RETREAT !!!

Extraordinary Jax Beach home ready for a group or family of 12. Our vintage beach home is located just a short walk to the center of activity along Jax Beach. Jax Beach has numerous restaurants, entertainment, shopping and much more. With a short bike ride or Uber, north, you can also enjoy the areas of Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach while coming home to your oasis and not stuck in a tiny condo or hotel room.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms are on the second floor and a 4th room is in the birds-nest 3rd floor for hibernating or kids getaway. The Master suite provides you with a King Bed, spa like bath area, free standing soaking tub and lux shower and vanities along with private toilet area.

There are two additional bedrooms that share a dual vanity, shower and toilet, bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a Queen suite and the other provides 2 twin beds. . The two bedrooms share a dual-vanity bathroom with full shower and toilet area.

Our fourth bedroom is on the 3rd floor and it provides an optional bedroom perfect for kids. Guests in this room can use the bathroom on the second floor or even the third full bathroom located on the first floor.

Our first floor bathroom provides a full vanity, shower and toilet and it doubles as our cleanup area after a long day at the beach. We also have a rain shower on the outside patio just before you come inside.

The first floor of our home provides a massive open entertainment area. From our professional grade Executive Kitchen, to the full theater, exquisite dining and a really fun breakfast area with its own garage door for bringing in the morning sun while enjoying breakfast.

The unique two story studio provides over 1250 square feet of luxury living. The first floor boasts a custom kitchen with a full luxury line of LG stainless steel appliances, stainless steel eat in bar top, along with an Italian stone grey back splash to accent the modern white and grey tones of the kitchen. Behind one of the doors is a full sized murphy bed pull down, easily hidden while you are enjoying the space during the day. Upstairs features a wet bar with wine and drink storage, custom bathroom and private second story outdoor patio.

There is a large king bed in the Master suite along with luxury rugs and other seating while enjoying your stay. Our Master suite also has a wonderful wet-bar for chilling your wine or beverages so you can just relax and not run to the kitchen for a fresh drink or snack. Large, Gorgeous Home in Great Location!
The layout of the house was perfect for our group! The extra house in the back was great for our female Head Coach, with all the men staying in the main house. The patio is beautiful, and the roll-up door in the dining room is amazing! The house was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet. The house is well-located for beach access, restaurants, shopping, etc. The hosts were great with communicating before, during, and after our stay. We could not have asked for more! Thank you for making this part of our trip such a pleasure!

Amazing Space
This home had everything we needed plus more. Quick walk/drive to the beach, perfect outdoor grill and firepit space, and all the extras with upgraded bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms. We felt at home and spoiled at the same time. Perfect space for families or couples groups just wanting to get away.

This spot is a wonderful beach vacation home! We loved cooking in the kitchen as it was huge and well equipped. Everyone in our group had more than enough space and the separate houses made it perfect for families and friends to share. The gas fire pit was lovely and worth sitting around even in the hot hot summer. Oh, and there's a drink cooler in nearly every room. This house was set up perfectly for vacation. We loved the snack basket with snacks and ingredients to make s'mores too. We'll definitely be back.

Top-notch vacation rental. Four blocks to the beach and close to every kind of restaurant you might want. Very comfortable house. Patio with fire pit was a highlight. Bedrooms, baths and kitchen all comfortable and well-stocked. Hosts were communicative and thoughtful. With three king bedrooms, it's a better value for couples than for people sleeping single. We could comfortably fit five men. There are three other beds but none of those is great for a grown-up.

Owner canceled our stay after we had already moved in and let another man stay there. No apology. No re-home. Let family with no place to stay together.... Ended up in a hotel in downtown Jacksonville far from the wedding venue which we had come to be part of. Awful. Terrible. VBRO should be ashamed

Loved this home. We booked this house at the last minute when we saw how good the weather and surf would be. We loved that the home was so well appointed, so comfortable and so well kept. The court yard with the fire pit was a very cool place to just chill. The house had everything we needed and some things we didn’t expect like nice beach towels and beach chairs. I typically like to be right on the beach but I enjoyed the daily walks to the beach and bike rides. Very good location for everything from restaurants and groceries. A very nice surprise was Massage Dujour just up the street on the way to the beach. My wife and I enjoyed amazing 90 minute massages. Initially we had the house reserved for 4 days but we enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay for the rest of the week!

The place is very nice and in a great location. We had a group of 8 and it was plenty of room for everyone. Fire pit was awesome and the house speaker system is a MUST to connect for music. Everything from the snacks provided to the communication with the owners was great.

This was a beautiful home that suited our entire family for a vacation/reunion. The house was spacious and never felt like anyone was on top of each other. The villa was nice for our elderly parents who needed their own space and ‘quiet time’. We spent most of our time outside by the firepit. This will be a trip remembered! Just WOW
This property had it all! I live locally but was looking for a place that could hold all of my family coming in town for my baby shower. I found this place and was blown away.. and it was even more amazing in person. Every little detail thought of, the kitchen was more stocked than any other Vrbo I have EVER stayed in. The upgraded amenities, comfortable beds, TONS of bathrooms (great for someone 7 months pregnant) and outdoor area were absolutely perfect. We stayed in January but I can only imagine how much fun this place would be in the summer so close to the beach! It was truly a delight and I want to make an excuse to return again!

This property was amazing! Very close to everything. The interior of the home was much more incredible than the pictures online show. Highly recommend this to anyone with a family or someone wanting to entertain. We will be back!
