Quiet spot, close to beach, able to unwind and relax. Lovely view of the river. Close to many attractions. Osprey Heights was comfortable and the host very carving. Everything you need was thought of. A lovely place for a holiday.

We did not want for anything. Beds were warm and comfortable. The wood burner was super efficient and a welcome addition to our winter stay. Communication was excellent and directions were perfect. Would highly recommend.

Great comfy accommodation with modern facilities including bbq and fireplace, heater and electric blankets to keep you warm. No wifi and no dishwasher though. Has all the little things you need to prepare meals. Good central location on the island to visit the main attractions.

It was centrally located on KI and Vivonne Bay was very peaceful. The house had all that we needed, kitchen was well-equipped and very comfortable. Easy access to Flinders Chase National Park which was amazing and Seal Bay.

I put my heart and soul into providing a good experience for our guests and find it really disappointing you are rating Osprey on things I can’t change and you should have understood had you done your proper review of the listing prior to booking. The house was very comfortable and beds excellent! I am not up to date with electronics so I found the TV /Video VERY confusing. Apparently I needed to find the ‘source’ button on the tv remote ( I texted Tamara to get that info) I had to look this up on Chat GPT as I had no idea what this looked like. After finding it, I remembered from my own TV that I needed HTV2 but that didn’t work. A friend took over and suggested HTV 3 which finally worked. Pls could home owners write all this down carefully so that those of use who don’t have modern TVs can follow precise instructions. And have the info up to date nearby so easily found.

Great spot, Great Stay

Kangaroo Island is big. Osprey Heights is a good spot to stay if you’re going to spend a lot of time in Flinders Chase National Park or if you just want to relax and recharge in a quieter area. View from verandah is lovely and the house was clean, warm, cosy and has everything you need for a great holiday. Highly recommend.

Osprey Heights is a really beautiful place to stay. The house and the setting is lovely, and it was extremely clean and very well-appointed. The location is beautiful and the jetty is very special. We couldn't have asked for more and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I cannot recommend it enough.

Osprey Heights is cosy, comfortable, and felt like home away from home. The combustion heater did a great job, and the sofa was comfy plus there's a good sized smart TV and a huge selection of DVDs.The kitchen had everything needed and was modern, clean and with good appliances.The photos accurately show what the property is like. At this time of year, it is an exceptionally quiet location - we stayed 3 nights and don't think we heard a vehicle drive past the entire time!
