Loved the privacy of two separate bedrooms. Comfortable relaxing chairs for tv watching and fantastic having a table and four chairs for eating. Short stroll to the beach and the boardwalk with many delicious food options available. Very nice to have full size fridge and host was very nice and helpful as we flew into town and didn’t know to pack sheets. So she brought us some sheets and towels. Great location.

The pictures do it no justice its been remodeled The location is perfect for hampton beach and the board walk ots all literaly right there. Mark was great super helpful and realistic. We will be back for sure.

Needs updating

Needs a lot of updates done on the inside. Ceiling was falling down, couch was broken, pots and pans were gross looking and very damaged, and the kitchen had a moldy smell.

Mark was a great guy. Few houses from beech. Looking forward to going back. Being sheets and blankets. Nice deck to sit on and walking distance to everything!
