Our home is very much a "one of kind" place which radiates charm
and ambiance . It encompasses unusual architecture - original wood windows, high lofted and beamed ceilings.
Between the rear of the cottage and the garage we have a expansive deck with steps leading down to the garden and the driveway.
Eclectic garden with mature oak trees oodles of succulents and garden art.

Why they chose this property

Having travelled to the Monterey Peninsula many times in the past, the opportunity to buy a house in the best county in California was too hard to resist especially with all the sporting and beach activities in close proximity. To say nothing of the restaurants and leisure facilities.

What makes this property unique

I love the home because it's a historic cottage and not a modern new build. It has so many interesting features. Situated on a high point in Monterey with good access North/South/East/West.
