Welcome to *Cozy Chalet* a top North Mountain @Snowshoe Mountain Resort! Great location! Nestled in the woods with convenient access to the Powderidge ski trail and lift just across the road/parking lot. Enjoy morning sunrise views to the east, and seasonal views west.
Second Floor Mountain Crest studio with all of the comforts of home! Enjoy two Flat screen smart TV's, DVD players, wood burning fireplace with complimentary wood, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony, gear storage locker and more!
Sleeps up to 6 (4 adults max) with Queen bed, Full size Deluxe Futon mattress and Full size memory foam sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa and futon can both be used together with ample walking room when table is moved to side of sofa bed.
Relax and enjoy family time with an assortment of board games, playing cards, DVD's, CD stereo, Fast WI-FI internet etc. With Two smart TV's you can watch cable offerings or sign on to your Netflix, HBO, etc, or browse YouTube TV.
The coffee table is a lift table for another spot to browse your laptop or enjoy a meal
Enjoy complimentary k-cup coffee & snacks
Condo includes a Washer/Dryer

*Cozy Chalet* is within a short walk of the village but away from the hustle and bustle of the village. Free shuttle located at the base of the parking lot will take you throughout Snowshoe, to Western Territory, Village, or Silver Creek. Just passed the Village is Wildcat Provisions grocery store. There is a walking trail to the Village that is located right in front of our condo.
*Cozy Chalet* is accessed directly at the condo via electronic code. Upon booking, we will request additional guest information in lieu of a supplemental short rental agreement in order to gain code access.
*Fantastic Hot tub and Pools located at "Splitrock Pools" for daily fee.
*Minimum age for leasing guest is 23 and this is a non-smoking/vaping unit. Our HOA does not allow pets. Additional charges may occur if these rules are broken.
*Please review and understand cancellation policy before booking. Make sure to check snowshoemtn.com website for potential of limited advance ticket sales.

We grew up skiing every weekend and whenever time permitted. Having 3 active boys that also love to ski, snowboard and stay busy, we knew that having a condo at Snowshoe was just the right fit. We live and work close to the area and are very excited to share our *Cozy Chalet* Condo and love of the mountain with you so that you can create your own mountain experience!
Why they chose this property
We enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and tubing at Snowshoe as a family ~ this mountain is the biggest secret around! 15 Feet of snow a year, 1500 vertical drop! The night life, restaurants, shopping and natures wonderland setting with bountiful red spruce trees, set it apart. The summer is beautiful and offers so many activities like swimming, hiking, canoeing, biking, kayaking, fishing, golf with a great way to escape the heat. You will never meet nicer people anywhere then you do here at Snowshoe!
What makes this property unique
Mountain Crest Villas are nestled at the ridge in the woods in the North Mountain area of Snowshoe. Being removed from the fast pace and noise of the village allows our guests to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature through out all the incredible four seasons. FREE Parking is right at your door! Steps to ski trail and lift or short walk to Western Territory or the Village. Note: During early season, before Powderidge trail is open, a free shuttle to the village is available to access open terrain
