C109 Sea Breeze is a North facing condo and has a tropical garden view inside the complex.

KITCHEN AND DINING
C109 - Sea Breeze has an open kitchen plan with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and additional built-in cabinetry. The cabinets have been fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare any meal which allows you to save money and time while on vacation and makes cooking together a breeze.
The dining area seats four around an oval wood table which promotes easy conversation as you plan a new adventure or discuss the events of the day. There are also two additional seats at the counter for quick bites.

LIVING AREAS
The living room is furnished with a large comfortable couch and leather armchair for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living room also has a 50" flatscreen TV that you can use to either watch cable or enjoy a DVD after a day in the waves. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and features a walk-in shower and separate vanity.

SLEEPING
C109 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom features brand new furniture including a headboard, dresser and 2 nightstands. A comfortable Cal-King-sized bed and also includes a flat-screen TV with Cable and a DVD player. There is also a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping spots.

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-C109 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to helo create cooling cross breezes.

C109 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. The room was great, just as it was described in the posting. Conveniently located close to the pool area and beach access. The room had everything you would need. My only complaint was that the futon was very uncomfortable and it seemed like the mattress and/or frame for the mattress seemed warped. We really enjoyed out stay here and would definitely be back.

Perfect location with everything we needed!

Great stay in an ideal location. The condo was as described and as expected. There were a few issues during our 4+ week stay (broken dishwasher and drain back up) but both were dealt with quickly and with great communication. We would stay here again.

Property is really nice .kitchen has everything you need . Very good white bath towels:) They provided beach chairs, umbrella ,Boogie boards and beach towels. Definitely staying in this property again!

This condo was very conveniently located close to the amenities and beach. The condo was very roomy with a very comfortable bed. It was very clean upon arrival and kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and assorted tableware. We loved how close it is to the harbor and downtown area so we could walk everywhere. The strand offers a great area to get in a walk or to rent a bike at the pier. Had a really good breakfast at the High/Low restaurant located on the corner of Pacific St and Mission Avenue. Dinner was good at the Lighthouse on the harbor. Would highly recommended staying here****

Beautiful condo, felt like home!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo last week. Years ago we stayed in North Coast Village for 6 weeks after having sold our home in Oceanside. This condo was the same layout but beautifully updated. Very nice kitchen with granite counters, nice cabinets, dining table, brand new couch, flat screen tv's. The king size bed was great and very comfortable - better than our own at home! Decor is contemporary and not beach-kitchy. Grounds at NCV are beautiful and convenient to the beach. Parking garage was convenient. Owner had great communication. Now for my suggestions for improvement - Supplying one beach towel is not enough for a beach rental! We went to Target and bought two more ourselves. The dresser in the bedroom was unusable - I was disappointed to find white painted furniture in there after the nice dining table and breakfast bar stools in wood. The drawers all stuck and so we ended up piling clothes on top of the dresser. The sliding glass door to the patio was also very difficult to move and should be fixed. I was also surprised that they would buy a brand new couch and it was not a pull out. My daughter slept on the couch all week rather than blow up and put away an air mattress every night. All that being said, I would be back there in a second, as in right now :)

Great experience. The check-in process was smooth. It was our second time on this property and everything went well. The location is great - right at the beach. There is plenty of restaurants close by in Oceanside.

Sound proofing of unit needs to be fixed

The condo itself was fine however the sound proofing of the condo especially the ceiling is under par. The first couple days was great. It was quiet and relaxing. Once the unit above ours was occupied, it became an unpleasant stay. Creaking...more like snapping noise with each step from above became more than annoying. The snapping noise with each step was loud enough to record. Had the security guard of the facility listen to the recoding and he was quite surprised how loud the noise carried. I contacted the leasing manager but nothing could be done. I spoke with HOA and the lady states that hearing foot steps is a very common complaint within the buildings. I informed them that a snapping noise with each step was very unpleasant and very obnoxious. It was definitely difficult to relax on a vacation. HOA could not do anything about it and said they would have to contact the owner. If the unit above was not occupied, it would have been a pleasant stay but unfortunately it was not.

The grounds and Location for this condo are lovely. It is well equipped with several pleasant new upgrades. My only complaint is that it looked like it could use a good deep cleaning and some new window coverings for privacy.

Great getaway in Oceanside

Unit is exactly as described. Very clean and has all the amenities. We were there during the COVID restrictions and there were a lot of additional rules and restrictions that were unfortunate but were well communicated at check-in. Beautiful property. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Trip we won't forget!

We stayed in C109 from Mar.1 until Mar.17. Unfortunately we had to cut our time short because of Covid 19 so that we could get back to Canada. The unit was clean, tidy and had everything you would need to spend a month or longer there. The unit was close to the pool, barbecue area, fitness room and of course the beach. Lots of great restaurants are with in walking distance to North Coast Village. We had a couple of issues that were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The grounds are lovely and hats off to the grounds keepers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well stocked of towels, bedding. The location was fabulous - seconds from a nice clean beach. Comfy furniture and king size bed. Lush plants and waterfalls outside the window. Lots of privacy and no issues with noise. Instructions on how to get to property were well written and easy to understand. HOA requirements that are important to know were provided so that there is no confusion as to what is permitted and what wasn't. Great place to stay and we'd definitely come back.

Stayed here with ur family of 4 in March 2018. Loved the location; great beach access and walking distance to pier and harbour. The pool onsite is large and heated. Although it was busy, we were able to get lounge chairs. We also used the fitness center and games onsite.

Great as advertised by other reviewers. Well kept,lovely grounds. I should comment on all that was good but just a couple of small negatives. The unit is on the first floor and you get some noise from the hot tub. Information in binder different from info on the fridge--go with the fridge. But all in all I would highly recommend North Coast Village and this particular unit.

Cozy C109 Condo - Clean and Great Location

We stayed in this condo C109, Cozy & Clean in June to celebrate our 31st Wedding Anniversary. My husband & I truly enjoyed the relaxing condo, it was just what we needed. The grounds and the amenities that it offered and location of North Coast Village was on point, close to everything. We would walk to the Harbor for good food and easy access to everything. For a quick stay romantic getaway, we really did feel relaxed on our mini staycation. We typically fly to the "Islands" but needed a quick getaway ~ LOCAL and Oceanside was just beautiful and did not disappoint. Things we take for granted because we live in Temecula. We had our family come up 1 day and they ENJOYED the Vibe and the Beach location of what this condo had to offer. They were very impressed on this Condo, and location of the Village have to offer, Beach, Pool, BBQ, Spa, Workout Gym, and the beautiful LUSH grounds are so well kept, and Koi Fishes everywhere! "Good Island Vibes"... We definitely will stay here again, and already looking for October to celebrate my husbands birthday in a larger Unit for our Family. As a Local Realtor in Temecula, I have to give much appreciation to Mark & Shauna and their staff they did an exceptional job, booking us and assisting with any questions the whole process was Seamless!!! Kudos to them.. Thank you C109 for a great romantic getaway. MAHALO

I highly recommend this condo.

I can only think of positive things to share about our 2 week stay. North Coast Villiage is a beautiful complex and we absolutely loved staying at this particular condo! The condo is clean and had everything we needed. If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

This property was clean, nicely updated and had everything to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys etc). It is not an ocean view unit, but still had a very nice garden and pool view. Was not noisy at all. Updated kitchen had everything we could possibly needed during our stay. Bed mattress was very comfortable which is kind of hard to find in rental properties. My family enjoyed the stay at this place and we all had something to do there.
