The first floor features two large living areas, a dining room, office, master suite and chef's kitchen. The lower level offers maximum privacy with a large space equipped with a queen and twin bed, a yoga room and laundry room. Upstairs has two light-filled bedrooms (one queen room and one room with two large twins) with a shared large bathroom.

Amenities include: two wood-burning fireplaces, backyard fire pit, heated pool, steam shower, large tub, chef's kitchen, state-of-the-art outdoor grill, three cruiser bikes with baskets, four TV's, Nespresso and two washer-dryer sets.

This property was built with love by a developer and designer. With great attention to detail, this property was gut renovated and expanded. It was designed for personal use and it shows--the space is impeccable, cozy and well-stocked.

What makes this property unique

We were drawn to this property because of the street--tree-lined, lush and safe. It's perfectly located for a leisurely bike ride shaded by a canopy of trees. Easy to access train, town and beach without a car.

The space offers multiple activity spaces, ensuring that cabin fever is not on the agenda. Have breakfast on the porch, BBQ lunch outside, sunset drinks by the pool and a candle-lit dinner by the fireplace in the dining room. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit at night, or watch a movie on the oversize smart TV in the large den which features a wood-burning fireplace (our favorite room in the house).
