Beautifully furnished large, 2nd floor, 1 bedroom condo. Features 825 square feet of living space, with a full size kitchen. The unit has ceramic tile throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the pool with views of The Gulf of Mexico.
The Condo will be completely KEYLESS. This makes is easy for check-in and check-out. No hassles of collecting keys and touch-less.

The gated community with its private fitness center, club house and pools is walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Minutes by car to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn water park, fishing, golfing, The Pleasure Pier, convention centers and the Historic Strand District. The calendar is up to date and accurate. This Condo was in a very attractive and well kept community of condos right across from the ocean. The pool was beautiful and the condo itself was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the time there including loads of good movies on DVD ! They also have an additional mattress for the sleeper sofa that made it very comfortable. The hosts provided nice snacks along with chilled water that made a long day of travel much easier. We were excited to discover a super Walmart within walking distance ! The balcony was equipped with very comfortable chairs to enjoy the outdoor space and we did!!! We loved the black out curtains that helped us sleep in a little extra time in the morning. Truly a wonderful place to stay in the perfect location.

We have been visiting Galveston Island our whole lives. We live in one of the Houston area communities that allows us to continue our get-away visits to the Island.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy the west end of the Seawall and wanted a roomy one bedroom condo. We were attracted to the Dawn because it is a community with great amenities, (2 pools, workout room wi-fi, and gated security) and impeccably clean grounds and common areas. Add the ocean view, Beach access, and what more could we ask for?
