The cutest loft like house ever! And so close to the beach walking distance, the whole house is decorated so cute!! Cozy! And if you like to sleep in cold THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! The downstairs was so cold had a great ac!! We will definitely staying here again!

Cottage is as it’s listed. Clean. Easy access. Quick communication. Previous tenets complained about the lack of outdoor lighting but it looks like Paul added lights to the stairs and porch area. This place has everything you need. Nothing fancy or extra. Stairs are a little precarious but fine. Safe neighborhood to walk your dog.

Ease of communication with owner. There are no street lights so if you have concerns about vehicle safety you cannot see your vehicle at night. Cozy place, clewiwitwitsosomeligmaintenance

Great property but lights would be great when arriving after dark. Bottom door has issues and the top step by the top door seems like it’s not regulation height which makes it a tripping hazard
