You are renting the main 3-bedroom, 2-bath pool home attached to a 1/1 vacation apartment available for rent separately. This location is 6.6 miles from Clearwater Beach! Newly remodeled home and landscaping. Poolside loungers, poolside shower, grill, picnic table, BBQ grill. This is the perfect pool house near Clearwater Beach and Downtown Dunedin. All three bedrooms, living room, and kitchen have access and a view of the pool. Each bedroom and living room has a 4k high-definition Smart TV. Netflix is available for free. Music is available via YouTube. You may access any of the free apps for tv, movies, music, and other entertainment. The open living room has dining for 6 and bar seating for 2. Outdoor picnic table for 6 with Sunbrella. Modern kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and other cooking utensils to make you feel at home. A set amount of trash bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels, coffee, creamer, and sugar will be provided upon check-in. Queen pull-out couch sleeps 2 smaller guests comfortably. Additional pillows, linens, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided in the hall closets. Vacuum, broom, and dustpan provided. Bathrooms contain towels and washcloths for each guest, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes, and a hairdryer. Front loading washer and dyers in the hall bath. Screened in patio has plenty of seating to relax in the shade. Outdoor shower to rinse off.
Guest will have exclusive use of the main 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, and pool area. THE POOL AND BACKYARD ARE NOT SHARED. If the apartment is rented with the main home, the gate separating the yards can be unlocked. Please see the photos for the property layout.
The attached 1/1 apartment is available for rent separately or can be rented together with the main home for an additional fee. Ask your host if you would also like to rent the attached apartment. The driveway is shared with the attached apartment. The courtyard is a quiet area, please be courteous to other guests.

Downtown Dunedin is a personal favorite location of ours only 3.6 miles away with access to the Pinellas trail and a dog-friendly community. You can enjoy ice cream at the best local ice cream shops and watch the sunset behind the sailboats on the intercoastal. Weekends are buzzing with community markets, live music, and events.
Uber and Lyft are popular in the area. The city bus stop is about an 11 min walk (0.08 miles). The Clearwater Jolley Trolley is 3.2 miles away and offers a fun way to see Clearwater Beach, Sand Key Beach, Downtown Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Tarpon Springs.

The Host Services/Reservation Contract is effective and fully enforceable at the time the reservation is confirmed. All guests additionally agree to all House Rules. All Rules are strictly enforced clauses of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. See Airbnb Terms and Conditions 2.2 (Guest Terms). In addition to all other terms and rules, the following House Rules apply to all reservations:
-Government-issued identification is required for check-in.
-Signed rental agreement required for check-in.
-The booking age limit is 25 and the booking individual must be present for the reservation.
-Maximum occupancy of 8 people.
-Quiet Time 10:00pm-7:00am per city ordinance
-No unapproved visitors or unregistered guests
-No Smoking
-No Pets
-Children must be monitored while swimming.
-No parking or driving on grass.
-Do not block or obstruct security camera.
-Do not unplug Wi-Fi or home monitoring devices.
-Report any damages, water leaks, or issues immediately upon check-in, or when issues occur.
-No glass in the pool or pool area.
-Do not add any products to the pool. The pool is maintained weekly
-Rinse off sunscreen before entering the pool. Sunscreen oils may clog filters and cause damage to the pool equipment.
-Do not damage or alter landscaping
-Do not sit on furniture while wet.
-No sunscreen or oils in the beds. Sunscreen oil stains the sheets and they will need to be replaced.
Any violation of the house rules will result in a $500 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit. In addition to the fees and forfeiture, a Violation may also result in cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. A cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract means the Guest is no longer a guest and must vacate the property immediately. This cancellation will not result in a refund of any unused portion of the reservation. The Host, or his agent, will notify you by message in your inbox with instructions to vacate the property and such other instructions as may be necessary. These instructions to vacate the property shall be enforced through notification to local law enforcement that your invitation and guest reservation has been cancelled. Your continued presence on the property after this notification may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. See Chapter 810, Florida Statutes. Once your invitation and guest reservation has been cancelled and you have been notified to vacate the property, local law enforcement may forcibly remove you, charge you with a crime, arrest you, or give you a notice to appear in court for trespassing.
