Our family really enjoyed the condo's harbor views, and the close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants with live music. The condo has everything you need for your beach days. Our host was also very attentive to check in with us right away to be sure we were all set.

Our group of five had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was just as described and we really enjoyed our time there. Perfect location..we were able to walk to the marina, restaurants, beach, and downtown area. Views from the balcony were great. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Host (s) were fantastic, accommodating, went out of their way to ensure all was going well and had great communication. The unit was clean, modern, has great views and is spacious. The fact it had baby items and an array of beach gear included was a huge plus for us! While not right on the beach, it's an easy 10 minute walk. The balcony is large and furnished. We were able to see dolphins and manatees on several occasions. Thanks Phil & Dave!

The place was very clean, and very well stocked. It was by far one of the better places we have stayed. The only complaint is the pool and hot tub close at dusk, which was around 5:30, but can’t hold that against the unit. Five stars.

We were so happy with our stay at Philip and David’s condo. It was clean, very spacious for our family of 7, and had the best balcony views in the daytime and at night. We were thrilled to watch dolphins playing in the water. The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved having beach chairs, sand toys, and a cooler to bring to the beach. It was the perfect proximity to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf. Communication with the guys before and during our stay was excellent. We will definitely be coming back!
