Enjoy slowing down and taking in local Pocono sights and activities as you stay in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cozy and clean home. Enjoy the view into the woods from the spacious back deck or sit inside by the fireplace on cold nights. Our property is 20 minutes from Jack Frost Big Boulder ski mountain and a half an hour to Camelback and any of the indoor water parks. This private and quiet location will have you get away from it all, yet be within only minutes from local attractions. Enjoy amenities such as tennis, basketball and our communal pool within walking distance.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Be sure ALL of the heat is turned all the way down. Leave Living room on 55 degrees.
Empty ALL garbage cans around the house and take garbage to can at curb.
Leave sheets and towels that have been used in a pile on floor of each bedroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All IMLCA rules will need to be followed (no fireworks, no hunting, dogs on leash, etc.) All rules are reasonable and are contained in a binder.
