SPACIOUS 2 BEDROOM BEACH HOUSE, WALK TO EVERYTHING!!

Perfect for 2 couples or a family. Close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Modern amenities and decor with beach vibe. Open living plan on main floor with dining, living, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. Complete with WiFi, alarm, and cable.

Both bedrooms are very spacious located on the 2nd floor. They both have ensuite baths. Master has a double walk in shower and Guest has a shower/tub. Master also has a walk in closet. Guest has a sliding double door closet.

All new flooring throughout. Outdoor patio includes a grill, table for sitting and pappassan double seat.

Comes w/ 2 car garage, minimal gym equipment, 2 bikes, beach chairs, surfboard, cooler, and umbrella for all your beach needs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The location was great! The Condo was definitely not seen by the property manager in quite awhile! I am certain she would have never rented it in the uncleanliness it was in when we arrived🤯However to give Nicole credit….she took care of a multitude of issue while we were there ex: carpet cleaning , plumbing issues twice, recall of her cleaning lady, ordering a new mattress for the unusable one in one of the bedrooms…we actually were the house repair people rather than vacationers! Because of this Nicole did refund a small portion of our initial cost which was very fair on her behalf! I do feel the Condo now is really pretty perfect for the next occupants!

Yes, unfortunately due to consistent bookings in the past, there is normal wear and tear on the unit. It is hard to speculate when a toilet wants to act up, a hot water heater needs to be tended to, and the bed needed upgrade along with support under the bed. As these items were brought to my attention, I took care of everything immediately. I have many return guests as well as many who seem to always want to extend. It is a wonderful property, fantastic location, and reasonable price for what it is. Daelea and her family are welcome back again anytime.

Great place, much better than the photos and a lovely owner

Super location next to nice shopping and Whole Foods... only thing to watch for is parking fines if you leave car on street certain days. Nicely maintained bikes for cycling. Highly recommended

Why they chose this property

It has alot of space, close to beaches, bike path, shops, restaurants, and other conveniences. It is the back unit of 3, very private and quiet. Everyone just loves it here.
