Excellent veiw from upstairs and patio. Very peaceful and relaxing. Villa had everything you needed. Owner communicated very quick and was available at all times. Excellent location for visits to all over west island.

Great location, magnificent views

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. All the amenities worked well. Proximity to beaches such as Episkopos make for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. We also enjoyed the trip to Chania and Souda Bay.

Wonderful stay !

We had an excellent vacation, the house is beautiful, conforms to the photos and very well equipped. Sofia is very attentive and always ready to help you with any request. The location of the house is ideal, close to the lake, tavernas and the beach!

Fabulous setting

We loved our stay in this villa. There was everything you needed and more. It was totally relaxing and peaceful. Perfectly situated for a view of the beautiful lake and the sea in the distance. There’s lots of space inside and out and great furniture to enable total enjoyment of the villa and garden. We would definitely return.

We loved the area . The house was clean and very spacious for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning was great considering it was pretty hot during our stay. It did have a full sized refrigerator but lacked a lot of kitchen related items ( like spices , utensils etc….). We wanted to use the hot tub last day but it seemed like it would have a taken time to warm and we would have had to clean it first. Not sure what was meant about a garage? , while we were there parking was a bit of a challenge because it is a group of villas. The beaches and town of Georgiopouli were awesome! Sophia did a great job getting us to her place late after a miscue at the airport. Overall loved the experience.

Incredible!

Villa is lovely - spacious, nicely decorated and has all you need. The outside space is excellent and the views from inside and outside are incredible. 10 minute walk to the lake with great shops and restaurants and 10-15 minute drive to some lovely beaches. Sofia is a great host and was quick to reply to all messages from booking to the end of our stay. Really can't fault a thing and would recommend to anyone. We can't wait to retutn!

Es ist ein tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Villa ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber gepflegt. Auch die Lage ist wunderbar. Ich bin jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück im See schwimmen gewesen. Zudem ist der Standort ganz prima, um interessante Ausflüge zu machen, sei es ans Meer, in die Städte oder über die Berge in den Süden, etc. Es gibt fußläufig Tavernen mit sehr leckerem Essen und die Freundlichkeit der kretischen Bevölkerung imponiert uns immer wieder aufs Neue.Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Sophia ist top. Sie kümmert sich aufs Beste um ihre Gäste. Sie ist sehr liebenswert und wir haben ihre Großzügigkeit sehr geschätzt.

Paradies für die Seele

Das Ferienhaus hat alles was es braucht. Eine wunderschöne kleine Terasse, einen Großen Balkon mit mehren Sitzmöglichkeiten, einen schönen beheizten Jacuzzi, einen sehr großen Wohn und Essbereich und zwei schöne Schlafzimmer mit Stabielen und sauberen Betten. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat alles was man brauch. Wir werden dieses schöne Schmuckstück sicherlich bald wieder buchen

Comfort and views.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The only downside is the distance from a grocery store. There are lots of restaurants and tourists shops but if you find that you need some butter, your going to need a car. But otherwise, the views with your morning coffee is extraordinary.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem tollen Ausblick.

Das Haus ist wunderschön mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Jacuzzi mit der Aussicht auf den See ist einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Sofia hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Lage des Hauses ist super um sowohl Rethymno als auch Chania und den Rest der Insel zu erkunden. Wir sind begeistert und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
