Wake up to peaceful mountain and garden views in this private 45 m² casita in Atenas, Costa Rica. Designed for two guests, it offers a queen bed, comfortable sitting and dining areas, a full kitchen, private bathroom, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, 55-inch TV, generous storage and free on-site parking. The entrance is step-free and suitable for wheelchair users.

Large windows fill the interior with natural light and connect the space with the surrounding tropical greenery. The property is a short drive from central Atenas, restaurants, supermarkets and daily services, while Juan Santamaría International Airport, San José, Pacific beaches, waterfalls, volcanoes and mountain excursions are convenient by car.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please share your estimated arrival time. At the entrance gate, contact the hosts so they can authorize and open it. The key is provided at the property.

Optional services may be arranged in advance, including housekeeping, in-home massage, a private chef and local recommendations. This quiet casita is an excellent base for exploring Costa Rica, working remotely or enjoying a longer stay in the Central Valley.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close all windows and turn off fans, TV and appliances.
Return the key at the owners' house.
Notify the owners before leaving so they can authorize and open the entrance gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For stays of 15+ nights, starter linens, towels and basic supplies are provided; guests replenish detergent, softener, dish soap and consumables.
Optional: light cleaning $25; cleaning + fresh linens/towels $38; linen/towel service $15; laundry $15/bag (8 kg). Subject to availability.
Supply shopping is available at receipt cost + $5 delivery. Optional services are quoted and accepted in advance through Vrbo.
