22 Grover's Ocean, spacious 5 bedroom home with central AC, 1 block to beach!

Family-friendly, modern home with living and eating space for 12, all of the amenities including dual-zone central air and Internet TV/ WIFI. One block from the beach!

3 stories with 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a sink/vanity in every bedroom, washer/dryer, granite/stainless kitchen, and much more. Central air and ceiling fans for your comfort. You are renting the entire half of the two-family building.

First Floor: Living room with sofas/chair seating for 9-10. Large screen internet TV with cable. Large kitchen with pantry, dishwasher, gas range/oven, disposal, microwave, loads of granite counter space, and more. Laundry room and full bathroom, with access to back yard and Weber propane BBQ. All brand new quarter-sawn oak floors.

Second Floor: 3 bedrooms (king, king, queen), full bathroom with tub/shower. Refinished fir floors. Large screen TV in master bedroom, ceiling fans and vanities/sinks in all bedrooms.

Third Floor: Huge bedroom with 2 trundle beds (4 twin beds) and TV, bedroom with a twin and full bed, both with vanities/sinks. Full bathroom with stall shower.

Comfortable front porch with plenty of seating and ceiling fan. Small back yard with propane BBQ (provided). 8 beach tags and plenty of beach items provided (chairs, umbrella, towels and toys).

We provide everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free vacation: fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots/pans, serving pieces, glasses, coffee pot, toaster oven, blender, etc.); all paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues); all linens (sheets/bedding, towels, blankets); 8 beach passes, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and toys. Propane for the Weber BBQ.

Great house perfect location

House is great and has plenty of space. We had a small group of 5 people and there was room for plenty more. Close to the boardwalk and beach which was great for my dogs. Overall great place to stay!

Great place for lots of family

We were down the Shore for a family funeral, with lots of family coming from all over. Grover's Ocean worked out great for our group of 8. Thank you!

Our family had a fantastic time here! We traveled from all over the USA so it was wonderful that all beach equipment (chairs, towels, badges, umbrellas, cart, toys, etc.), bed sheets, bath towels, were included. The house is nicely decorated, kitchen well-stocked and owner is wonderful to work with.

Perfect for our Family

This house was a perfect fit for our annual family vacation. The house is very new inside and the floor plan worked very well for the 12 of us. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the very short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Beach House

Very beautiful house, was filled with many amenities and was very clean! Sheila was a great host who helped with so much and was very friendly! Very close to the beach. A group of friends and I came from out of state for a holiday weekend and we had a blast. We had a great experience and would love to come back!

Wonderful House and Experience

This house was perfect for a family vacation to the beach. Shelia was super responsive and helpful and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The house was immaculately clean, and was supplied with everything we needed, even beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Location was great, close to the beach and walking distance to shops, cafes, etc. Would definitely recommend this property!

Near the beach with all the little extras you could want!

Our stay was truly exceptional. Not only was the property only about a block from the beach, but it was beautifully maintained. All the little extras you need like paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, hand soap, etc. were provided. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with. There is a porch out front with a ceiling fan as well. The property is only about 3/4 of a mile from downtown Asbury for additional shops and restaurants beyond those in Ocean Grove. Also if you get up early, the sun is beautiful over the water.

The Best

My family thanked me for booking this amazing place not once but multiple times. So great to have a sink in each room (just about.) We had lots of room and loved hanging on the porch. The beach was just a short walk and the pier at the end of the street gave the 80+ year olds a place to hang. Great quiet safe family oriented area and great attention to detail by the owners!

Fantastic Rental and Owner

First of all, the house was amazing and well equipped, and spacious including a welcome bag of coffee and wine. The owner, Sheila, was not only helpful but warm and friendly. Our grand kids enjoyed her company as she was next door during this week. The house is very close to the beach and the town of Ocean Grove. We also walked to Asbury park boardwalk with the kids so that is close too. Great house, Great owner and we had a Great vacation.

Wonderful stay!

We live out of state and decided to take a last minute trip to see family for Thanksgiving and are so happy we came across this home! It was fantastic and fit our family perfectly. Sheila was fantastic and extremely responsive when we had an issue.

Christmas celebration by the beach

We were very impressed. The Duplex was more spacious than we even thought on line. When we arrived they had a bottle of wine on the table. Everything was up to date, clean and extremely well taken care of. It was great for us as we had a family of 6 stay on the third floor and a family of 4 stay on the second floor. Ten people was extremely comfortable , but 12 could of easily stayed. The house was well stocked with supplies and it is just a beautiful home. We also had great communication with the owner and I would highly recommend this house.

Family reunion-lots of fun but very noisy late nite neighbors

House was awesome. We didn’t like the late night party next to us. Location to beach was great. Loved all the amenities the house came with. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

Home away from home

We had such a great time. A block from the beach, quiet streets for mornings/evenings on the porch. House was pristine, updated appliances, and was so comfortable for all 8 of us to enjoy. Definitely will see us back next year.

This house was well stocked with anything you would need, it had a great grill, modern bathroom/showers, vanities in all bedrooms, and a great front porch as well. Also, it had a nice big dining room table for large family gatherings. Best of all, just a block from the beach.

Two families of cousins bought this two-family home in 2015 to renovate and enjoy our summers together on the beach in Ocean Grove. We're from North Jersey (Bergen County) and suburban Philadelphia, so Ocean Grove is the perfect central location for us. We love that our children are creating wonderful memories of spending summers together at the Jersey shore. We appreciate having the opportunity to offer the experience of this special town with other families.

Why they chose this property

Our families love Ocean Grove! We visited every year for seven years and stayed in a relative's rental before deciding to buy something of our own. We decided to buy this sad, old, tired building for its potential. We gutted it and moved around some of the rooms to add closets and more living space - all the while keeping some of it's old charm. Central air, ceiling fans, and brand new everything will make it very comfortable and relaxing for your family.

And did we mention that it's only a block form the beach?

What makes this property unique

This brand new home contains all of the amenities you would expect and desire. Central air and ceiling fans will keep you cool. All linens, bedding and towels (beach and bath). Dishes, pots/pans and paper goods. 8 beach passes, beach chairs, bikes, toys and beach cart. Soap for the sinks, dishwasher, and washing machine. All new furniture throughout the home with seating for 12 at the dining room table. 2 king beds, one queen, one full and several twins/trundles. Vanities with sinks in all bedrooms. Large den on the 3rd floor - great space for the kids.

To top it all off, it's only a block from the ocean!
