Emerald Bliss with Spectacular Water Views

Come and enjoy the beautiful Pensacola Beach at our fabulous 3 bedroom/2 bath condo in Emerald Isle, unit 301. Perfect for families or an adult get away.

Our third floor unit is decorated and appointed with tranquil blues to highlight the amazing ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious fully appointed condo has an open floor plan that showcases the beach and water through its many floor to ceiling windows.

The living area has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the ocean views or have a family movie night. Two turquoise sofas and a 55" flat screen smart TV with cable, additional seating, and a door leading out to the balcony make this the ideal space to gather and watch the sunrise and sunset.

The master bedroom has a king pillow top mattress, flat screen smart TV, and an attached private bath with a full garden tub. It also has a floor to ceiling window and sliding glass door leading out to the balcony with spectacular ocean views. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, both with pillow top mattresses, and large closet. The third bedroom contains a full bed with a twin pull out trundle and a flat screen TV.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The dining room has a full size table and ample seating. The laundry room includes a full sized washer and dryer, as well as space for your beach toys and gear. The unit includes free wifi.

As an added bonus, our management company changes out all bedspreads (along with sheets and towels, of course) for each reservation. This ensures clean, sanitary linens for each stay. Not many rentals offer freshly laundered coverlets on each bed, thus we are thrilled to highlight this feature.

Emerald Isle is directly on the beach, sitting on approximately five acres. There are two swimming pools (one heated), a hot tub, an exercise room, and a direct walkway to the sand/beach on the main floor. It has 17 floors and is centrally located within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the pier, the boardwalk, and fun outdoor activities. There are two elevators, plenty of luggage carts, as well as a secure gate and door for guests only.
