We rented this property for four nights over the new years period. It accommodated five couples perfectly.The bedrooms are comfortable and the open-plan living areas are ideal for entertaining. The large kitchen is well stocked (anything you could possibly need, they have it!) and a becomes a communal place in the house - which is great for holiday living. Located a few minutes drive from both Rye front and back beaches and with the Peninsula Hot Springs just up the road this house is in a great spot. The owners were very accommodating and made us feel welcome upon our arrival. This is a brand new house too which is an added bonus as everything is sparkly, shiny new. A happy holiday house. Definitely recommended.
