Great 2BR/1BA - 1/2 block to Beach with new fenced in patio!

Fabulous cottage just four houses from the beach on Swedes Street! Light and bright with coastal decor. Brand new kitchen with vinyl flooring throughout , freshly painted, updated furniture. Newly installed paver private patio with seating for four. One queen bed in master and twin bunk beds and a single twin in second bedroom. Renovated bathroom. New central air conditioning. BED LINENS, TOWELS AND PAPER PRODUCTS ARE NOT PROVIDED!!

Washer/dryer/dw/ac/wi-fi. Smart TV with YouTubeTV. Off street parking for one car in shared driveway; street permit provided for another vehicle. Sit on the patio and feel the ocean breeze!

Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only from Memorial Day through Labor Day. PLEASE CHECK THE CALENDAR TO SEE IF YOUR DESIRED DATES ARE AVAILABLE!

This is a free standing cottage situated on a lot with two other similar cottages. Starfish Cottage occupies the front of the lot while the other two cottages occupy the rear lot area. Privacy is maximized for our cottage. There is a doorbell camera that views the driveway and street. This camera does not view the patio or cottage, nor is it monitored.

Walk to everything in town... restaurants, coffee shop at end of street, bars, town park, shopping, entertainment, or take the local open air 'Jolly Trolley' at the end of your street for a three minute ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. The Trolley runs every 20 minutes from 8 am to 1 am daily.

If you need more room or want to bring friends and family ask about the other cottages that share this property. Check-in at 3 pm, Check-out at 10:00 am. Renters provide their own sheets, pillow cases, towels, trash bags and paper products. $400 refundable security deposit required with rental.

We do not rent to students - families and couples should inquire about special early summer rates.

We had a wonderful stay at Starfish Cottage. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was great, and we really appreciated the gated patio for our pup. Great location for us! A few houses in from the beach. Great little fenced area patio for our dog. Even though the description said towels provided, we found out right before we left that they are not, so had to bring our own. Cute cottage and nice to have a parking spot in the driveway. Shops and restaurants were an easy walk.

So Close to the Beach

This is a lovely compact property. Ideal for us since the beach was a stones throw away, and front fenced patio ideal for our small dog. Its is also ideally located to many eateries. Gary very easy to reach as well if there are any questions.

Perfect cottage for a small family and dog

Our family enjoyed our week at Dewey Beach. The cottage is perfect for a family of 4 and a dog. A great spot to go to and from the beach each day. Having a fenced in area allowed us to sit outside with our dog and enjoy the mornings and evenings. We are looking forward to our trip next summer.

Lovely 2 bedroom that was perfect for a family of four and the pup. Great location - loved being so close to the beach. We walked everywhere...very convenient to get to all the restaurants & bars so easily. The house was a comfortable and clean, the patio was great shady and a great place to start the day or wind down. Would definitely come back!

Loved being close to the beach! For a place that allows dogs (which is great) it was very clean and well cared for. Communication was good too. If I could ask for anything, it would be better lighting in the bedrooms. I highly recommend this rental for any couple or small family.

Starfish Cottage - a hidden gem

My stay at Starfish Cottage was everything I could want and more. The cottage was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The location is ideal with regard to proximity of the beach, good food and accessibility to surrounding activities, while providing a quiet place to relax and recharge. My interactions with the owner were warm and friendly. My questions and/or concerns were answered promptly. Every aspect of my vacation was a positive experience. I would highly recommend Starfish Cottage.

Great Place to Stay!

We had a great stay here! We loved the fenced in patio, perfect for our dogs to hang out in and we loved eating our meals outdoors. The cottage was cozy but comfortable for us and our two girls. The walk to the beach was super close which was great for the kids. We loved being able to walk or take the trolley anywhere we wanted to go. This block seemed much quieter than other blocks we have stayed at Dewey. We had no noise interferences and neighbors were all friendly and respectful. Overall a great time and we will definitely want to come back!
