Elevator! Dog friendly! 2nd house frm ocean. Avail 6/5-12, 7/17-24. +spring/fall

Our cottage is the 2nd house back from the beach and sits on a private driveway shared with our other 2 cottages. Have trouble with steps? We have an elevator that will whisk you from the cement parking pad under the house to the main floor. Or perhaps lugging heavy suitcases up the steps is not something you are fond of. Place them in the elevator and up you go. Our cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living and dining room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi, a/c and heat, and a covered porch, all on the same floor! There is an additional powder room downstairs and an enclosed outside shower. Up to 2 of your well behaved dogs are always welcome with an additional pet fee. Access to the beach is down the driveway and out to the street, where you can cross over the dune. This means beach goers will not be walking through the property. Please note that we do not rent to groups of singles (with some exceptions for those age 50+), nor to students or recent graduates. The minimum age to rent this property is 40, but please inquire if you are a younger family. We have zero tolerance for partiers. We are LGBTQ friendly. Please note that we rent Friday to Friday in the summer, with a 3 night minimum the rest of the year. Sheets and towels are not provided, but we can recommend a linen service, if you would like.

Do you have a dog? Dewey Beach is dog friendly! Your dog is allowed on the beach all day from the Sunday following Labor Day Weekend through Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. In the summer, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm. Many restaurants are happy to accommodate your pup if you dine outside. We accept up to 2 well-behaved dogs with an additional pet fee.
