This is a two level, 1700 ' home that has a master bedroom that sleeps two, as well as an open loft that can sleep four. There is a large deck overlooking Owasco Lake with a path to a seasonal dock access. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are spacious. There is cable TV as well as wireless internet access provided. There is a large split duct air conditioner for the house. There is a large washer and dryer for personal use. There is a full bathroom on the first level and a half bathroom in the loft. A propane grill as well as a Blackstone griddle are available, as well as a lakeside fire pit. There are plenty of private parking spaces. This is a dog friendly property in which the home owners live next door with two friendly dogs.

We are a family of five that live next door to the rental property. We encourage families to spend precious time together, and this is a nice retreat to get away from the daily grind. We are pet friendly and have two dogs and three cats that roam the yards. They are very family friendly and love to play at will. We are a family that believes in outdoor activity, in which running is a huge passion. We love most sports and are blessed to have the lake in our backyard for water activities. We hope you can enjoy the lake as well. We are on the east side, which means that the sunsets from the west can be extremely breathtaking. We love meeting new people and hopefully connect for future stays.
