A wonderful self contained unit, spectacular views of the Tamar wetlands and beyond. The hosts very welcoming and helpful with tourist sights. We really enjoyed our time in beautiful Launceston and the Tamar Valley.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage and its facilities are well‑maintained and very clean. Janette and Paul are welcoming hosts and lovely to chat with. My husband especially enjoyed the shortbread, and we really appreciated the other thoughtful freebies! The only improvement I'd suggest is strengthening the Wi‑Fi coverage, but overall it was a great experience.

This property was cosy and quaint with lovely views of the Tamar Valley wetlands. Our hosts greeted us with chocolates, fresh fruit and some yummy home made shortbread cookies, and the price per night was amazing! Would certainly recommend to my family and friends!

Both Janine & Paul were excellent hosts, from the minute we arrived they greeted us personally and made us feel very welcomed. They were always on hand to provide location information and the shortbread & welcome gifts were a nice touch indeed. Be prepared for the lonnngggg driveway up towards the property. It looks scary at first but keep it slow and steady and your car will be fine. SUV’s … not a problem, compact cars with low clearance … take your time. Trust me! The views are stunning and the peace and tranquility is next level. You will enjoy your stay and want to return … or maybe never leave.

Once up to the top on a tricky driveway we got to be amazed by the wonderful view. Cottage was cosy and we had all conveniences except for laundry. Excellent stay.

Our hosts for Graham’s Cottage were absolutely lovely - great communication and very welcoming. The cottage itself was roomy with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. There were lots of personal touches and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there while we explored Launceston.
