Thanks so much, Jay, for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. We’ve had such a lovely time with our family and really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic and the house was a great place for us all to spend time together. The only little suggestion I’d make would be to update the couch in the sitting room, as it could use a bit of a refresh. Other than that, we’ve had a wonderful stay and really appreciated being able to enjoy your home. Thanks again!
This property was perfect for our multigenerational get away. A lovely big family room at the front with a big table for all of us (15) to eat at. Then there were other areas for people to relax in when we didn’t need to be altogether. The view from the front was so lovely- a sandy beach and water. The children loved playing there.Even though it was winter! We all agreed the house was very good.
The house was clean, comfortable, and a fantastic location .Everything we needed was provided, and the place matched the listing perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
We had a great family holiday. The house was comfortable and large enough for our family of 10. Everything we needed was available, the location and views were terrific. Jay, our host was responsive and very flexible when we had to change our dates.
A perfect location for a family gathering for 16 people - including 8 adults. Beside the water (ideal for SUP’ing, swimming and fishing) with a large grassed area in front for the kids to run around and play football. Just 2.5km along the flat picturesque walking trail to cafes and eating places near the wharf / marina. We did not need to use the extensive AC as the weather was just right. New BBQ was well used and the kids made use of the pool. Surf beaches are however a distance away. Parking was easy in the street next to the property Coles on the way in at Tanilba Bay is good for food supplies and alcohol. Bowling club and RSL nearby for hearty meals. Unfortunately it is let down by cleanliness issues, poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail - unlike other places where we have stayed all around the world. Jay is easily contactable and responded promptly and favourably to comments sent about the issues / shortcomings.A great place to stay - and will be even better once the maintenance / other issues are sorted out.
This was our 5th year staying at Lilly’s Pad for our annual weekend away and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Such a beautiful location and the house itself is very well equipped and easily copes with a large crowd.
Great place to stay. We had 15 people and everyone slept in air conditioned rooms which in Summer is great. The pool is a fabulous area to congregate . Host is very easy to deal with. Am in process of booking again for next year.
We had a family gathering at Lilys’ place-lemon tree passage & loved the area. The view from the deck was very peaceful. The house worked well for our adult family & I loved the pool. Being a dog friendly property was such a bonus for us. Thanks Jay-we hope to make it a yearly ritual
We enjoyed our stay here! It was affordable, had great facilities and we particularly appreciated the size of the communal space - it fit 18 adults very comfortably.
