Wonderful house! The hosts thought of every comfort item you’d want. Very cozy house, everything you’d need in the kitchen, comfy beds, fluffy towels, plentiful seating in the living room, decorated so cute, and the location is close to everything. Love it! Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend trip to visit App State

We had a great long weekend stay - walking distance to visit App State, easy trip to the ski mountains, perfect for exploring downtown Boone. Owner was super responsive and house was as well furnished and comfy.

The location was excellent and the house was clean and very well stocked with helpful items and amenities. We were able to walk around the App State Campus as well as to restaurants and shops. We loved the chairs on the front deck for relaxing and watching the activity. The living area was also very comfortable and great for hanging out and talking. In a busy area, yet we had quiet nights. The host was very good with communication. Wonderful spot!

This place had it all! Location, comfortable beds and the place was absolutely spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed and the front porch was a great place to drink our morning coffee. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent weekend

This house was perfect for our plans to attend a Summer Festival concert at App St. Very clean with all amenities provided. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch.
